The floor was very cold, we went in early May. The shower cabin does not close, so the floor was very wet after the visit. But these are all the little things, basically the room and the hotel itself are excellent!

The main advantage is the amazing view from the balcony. Clean shower, everything you need is there. Large and comfortable bed, clean linen, blackout curtains. In general, the room is very comfortable, clean and stylish. It doesn’t take long to get to all the main locations, the city is small.

Its a good hotel for tourists in Sighnagi. New property, very neat and clean. Rooms have a good view of valley. Managed by a very nice helping couple. They helped us get to city centre and back in their car. About 10 minutes walking distance from centre of town. Walk to town very pleasant.

No cafe or restaurant :( It was rainy day, and the balcony got all wet, so could not go out there.

The hotel is so comfortable. Everything clean and neat. Staff is so easy to comunicate and friendly. Nice view.

Very central, but very pieceful location with wonderful, panoramic view of the city (room #2 is the best), rooms equipped with everything needed, friendly and caring hosts. Would definitely visit again.

The mountain view room is incredible. Brand new room, big comfy beds, working small fridge, power points either side of the bed. Bathroom all new and good quality. 5-8min walk into town. The staff are nice people but don't speak any English (this is not a complaint of course, just be aware if you are expecting to communicate in English)

Completely new guest house, with clean, tidy and comfortable rooms. Amazing view from the balcony on Alazani Valley. We got everything that we needed for a perfect romantic gateway: quiet and serene atmosphere, air conditioning room, with a comfortable bed and all shower amenities that you need. The owners are the most hospitable family, that took care of us throughout our stay.

we visited the town of sighnaghi and instantly fell in love with how quaint and frozen in time it was. we booked the double room with mountain view and it was perfect. the room looked over the valley and the caucus range in the distance. Excellent place, very clean. th only thing is that breakfast is not available so you might have to go out for breakfast, but this gave us a chance to check other cute cafeterias in sighnaghi.
