This is peaceful place where you can relax and be close to nature. Everything was great including staff, food, environment.

Some minor details to be added for the clients comfort. As mirror in the change room in the pool, some commode or rack and a chair in the cottage (no place for clothing). And some other tiny but important things.

It has breathtaking view (Alazani Valley), great idea with Jacuzzi on the balcony in the Lux cottage house, and nice big indoor pool. Staff is warm and helpful. Special thanks to Rati ☺️ Pirosmani Village is nearby, it makes sense to feel to be there ))))

The distance from town was 20-30 minutes by taxi, but the staff helped us to arrange taxi's as needed as well as marshrutka buses to and from Tbilisi!

Stunning view of the Caucasus Mountains, comfy beds, tasty breakfast, and very helpful staff. The superior chalet with the view was well worth it in our opinion. We had a nice view of sunrise and sunset each day. Truly a unique experience!

- the heating system (which was needed as still a bit cold) is fairly noisy

Wonderful location and staff! Everything was clean and the views are fantastic. We were well taken care of throughout our stay. The restaurant serves great food. Would recommend for kids as well as lots of space for them to play!

need some fine Tunning

We had a lot of doubt on the way to Villagio. But when we arrive , we were received by the owner Rati. The project is executed by the local people. Rati, his wife and family are all involved in the project. So you feel home. There are 2 types of condos, both are nice one with a glass extension. We had dinner and the breakfast was included , the taste of the food is fantastic. The project is having an improvement.

The place is quiet and calm. The chalet is clean, there was everything for staying for one night. We were in december, it was cold outside, but the conditioner and the heat lamp was enough. Perfect view on Caucasus Mountains We have no problem with communication with personal. The huge breakfast!

New property with an interesting concept and a breathtaking view over the valley. Perfect location, just 300 meters away from the Niko Pirosmani house museum and art gallery, about 8 km away from Signagi. The room was very clean and tidy with a king-size comfortable bed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. One of the best features was the on-site restaurant that was quite affordable and romantic at the same time - it was open the whole day until late at night. We've enjoyed our stay so much, thank you for everything.

we booked a property with spa and transparent ceiling. unfortunately it was already booked (the owner said that it’s a fault of Booking). It’s worth to mention that I was notified via text message but didn’t read it. but still it’s the first case like this and it was sad. the owner provided us another chalet, a bit smaller and cheaper

property is nice. it was a hammock next to the chalet. caws and horses. we saw a caw jumping over a fence :))

Nothing, just nothing!

Super wonderfull place with excellent cottages and hospitable staff, they were interested in our opinion. Great pleasure to have a amazing view to all over the Alazani field. Super clean cottage apartment. Great breakfast from local and natural products. Restaurant was just surprising for its loyal prices and tasty dishes. Easy to find using navigation. Really worth to be visited to have high old time with friends, family members and children.

Property quality and location

It is far from main singhnaghi in a remote village. Pictures show way better property. We reached there and saw the property with so much of disappointment and we left and cancelled our stay. The roads are bad and honestly it’s not scary entering the village in narrow lanes which is far from Sighnaghi.
