We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GeorgiaThe host was a very delightful lady. The room and sheets were clean. She served tasty food a few times (that wasn't formally included) and it was a beautiful gesture. She advised good places to eat, also some sightseengs. The rooms don't include the kitchen, so she gave us some dishes (plates, forks...).

The host was amazing! She was so lovely. The room was super super clean and the bed comfortable. Also the shower had great water pressure and was super warm. Even though there was no breakfast we received several snacks, including fruits and tea during our stay.

A perfect small hotel to stay in for a few days while in Stepantsminda. We had a room with a balcony and it exceeded our expectations. It was very spacious with anough storage space and very comfortable bed which you literally won't want to get out of in the morning. There was also a kettle for tea and coffee but no fridge. Instead of that the hosts helped us to store a few things in their fridge. The balcony is also very spacy and pleasant to stay on but the view on Kazbegi is fenced by the building in front. You are getting a full view of the valley though right up to Gudauri which was a fair trade-off. Also note that if you are on foot, this place is a little far from the city center and grocery stores and you need to walk uphill around 5 minutes to get there, but come on, you are in a hiking paradise, is this really a downside? As for us. we came by car so it was not a problem at all. Nearby we found a few decent restaraunts (like Tiba) so having dinner did not require any lengthy walks at all.

CanadaMaia and Dato were the sweetest and most hospitable hosts. Exceptional service and cleanliness! Bonus was that Dato also did short tourist excursions to sites around Kazbegi, so we did not have to waste time looking to hire a guide or taxi.

United StatesWe had a great time at the hotel. There was nothing not to like except the room wasn't cleaned everyday.
The hotel is located away from the noise of the city center, facing the mountains. It was a short walk to the restaurants, which we didn't mind. The room was huge, clean and came with a huge balcony. Beds were comfortable and basic amenities were available like kettle, tea cups, glasses, spoons etc. What we didnt find, Maya was happy to provide. Shower was medium sized with good water pressure. It was nice to take a hot shower after a day of hiking. On two separate occasions, David organised the taxis for us at a cheaper rate.
