Quiet location, clean , comfy and cozy rooms. Well maintained and same as show-in in pictures. Located 600 to 700 meters from the fountain and the center. Near to bus stop where you can catch a bus or taxi, I suggest you to use Bolt app. Host was help full , check in and check out was on time. Ideal for family or anyone prefers a comfy and quiet stay, it consists of one closed bed room and one open bed room. If you are checking in late get a bottle of water and on day time tap water is drinkable to which host wil explain at time of check in .

Very spacious apartment. Very modern and trendy. Alot of thought went into the design. High quality finishing. Extremely neat and Tidy. Hosts are very friendly and helpful. They assisted us in renting a car which was great. Our stay was very pleasant and relaxing. All amenities are inside. Fairly close to the city centre. Can definitely recommend this condominium.

Great apartment with everything you need. It's totally new and private (not an apartment hotel kind of place). Host is very comunicatve and speaks great English, also very kind and nice. Quite place. Has strong AC and a washing machine. All new.

The only downside is the very soft mattress in the bedroom. Unfortunately not for my back. Apart from that everything is great!

The apartment is very clean, modern and cozy. There was a lovely smell in the apartment. Location in a quiet neighborhood. 30 minutes by car from the airport. Close to shops. Quick contact with the owner.

The owner is very responsive, replies to messages within minutes and is very helpful. I have never felt so taken care of as during my stay in Kutaisi. The owner helped us organize a day trip around the city and also provided transportation to the airport. The apartment meets all European standards, has all the comforts and is well equipped. I wholeheartedly recommend this place!

Nothing. We enjoyed staying here and would stay again if ever we came back to visit! I recommended this to my friends who are planning to visit Kutaisi.

The place was exactly as shown in the pictures and we enjoyed our stay here. It has all the facilities you need including air-conditioning, cooking range, washing machine, and clean bathroom. It was centrally located and an easy walk to the city center; close to supermarkets, a mall, restaurants, and main plaza. It has a lift so you won't need to carry your luggage up the stairs. The lady who hosts this place was very kind, informative, and responsive. We had to check-in early because of a flight change and she accommodated us. She even went out of her way to pick us up when we had difficulty getting a ride! If you want to have a convenient base for your adventure, I would highly recommend staying at this apartment.

The host was incredibly kind and flexible, she greeted me very early in the morning allowing me to check in a lot earlier than advertised on the property page. This was greatly appreciated as I travelled all night. The apartment is located within walking distance (maximum 10 minutes) from the city center, with restaurants and supermarkets nearby. My friend and I loved being there for 1 full week, as everything was nice, cozy and super clean. The host was always available to answer any questions that might have occurred during our stay.

Very cozy and modern apartment with lots of space in a nice quiet location close both to city center and railway station (10 minutes of walk in both directions). There is an elevator in the building for your heavy luggage.
