How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Unfortunately, breakfast seemed not fresh.
Nice and clean hotel with a spacious room and a modern design. The swimming pool was amazing. Free parking. Quiet location.

The pool was promised to be heated to 30 deg. It wasn't, it was a bit cold ( for the kids at least)
The hotel is great, very comfortable and clean inside. Breakfast is very good. Good big pool

The hotel exceeded my expectations comparing it to the other 4 star hotels in Georgia, as the rooms were spotless, and the amenities were top-notch. I was impressed by how fast the check-in process. The swimming pool was a refreshing addition and the kids loved it. I appreciated Giorgio’s and his colleagues attentiveness and kind welcome, and the fact that they all can speak English and was able understand our needs. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Bathroom design could be improved as WC and shower are in the same wet area (I believe, the comment is not applicable to all rooms).

Great place where to stay in Kutaisi. The hotel is new, very well equipped. Staff was extremely helpful and they even made for us a breakfast for our early flight departure. The hotel is located out of the city centre, so you will get a good sleep.

We would like to leave our comment with regard to the staying of this awesome hotel. We recommend everyone to choose this hotel when You visit the Georgia. We have been very positively surprised with everything, staying in this hotel. The room is cleaned every day and very professionally. Generally speaking everything was on the highest level, we are very happy and if we visit the Georgia again we will definitely stay in this hotel. We checked out at night due to flight, the hotel staff prepared delicious breakfast lunch boxes for us, it was really nice. Big thanks to the reception personell Giorgi and Iakobi.

There is a dirt road full of potholes so without a decent car it's hard to approach the hotel. Fortunately it's only a short section of the road, approximately a hundred meters.
The breakfast was amazing. Huge variety and delicious dishes. The restaurant serves lunch and dinner as well and the mushroom soup is to die for. The staff was polite and hospitable. There is an outstanding option for car rental. Huge and modern cars for a cheap price. The huge swimming pool is heated and under a huge tent, but unfortunately outsiders can use it as well. The room was enormous, well-equipped and cleaned daily. The cleaning was thorough and we didn't even have to place the 'please make the room' sign out. The location is good as well, approximately 4 km from the city center.

Almost nothing
Very comfortable big room very clean. Resection staff very helpful especially Giorgi. Hotel have an amazing big pool we went in winter it was warm and wonderful. Delicious food 🍲

location from the airport is not very good. But it's ok. About 27km to the airport.
Brand new Hotel, very attentive and friendly staff, always ready to do more. After a long journey, we arrived when breakfast time was already over, but nevertheless they organized food for us. There was an early flight in the morning and they also organized food for us to take away .
