Best hotel in Borjomi! Family run hotel with great and kind people. The hotel is located next to the bus station which makes it a great place to stay as you can go to Gori or Vardzia and come back to the hotel. The room is beautiful, comfortable beds, great small kitchen with everything you need to cook. Staff were kind, friendly, helpful and lovely. Would definitely recommend!!!

There was a slight smell of humidity, although that is to be expected sometimes.

Great location, near the Borjomi bus station. The owner was very welcoming and friendly. The rooms are nicely decorated and cozy.

It was inconvenient to shower in the bathroom. It would be nice to have a shower curtain. There's also a mirror in the room.

The accommodation was new and had a small kitchen, which was nice. The bakery and market are close by.

Everything was perfect

The room was super very comfortable and clean, the host, Merab, was incredibly friendly and happy to help with anything anytime. The location is simply perfect, close to the farmers market, supermarkets, one of the tourist trails and a short walk away from the mineral springs.

All the sounds of street or house are heard in the room, our room was little dark, no hairdryer. Damp smell from the fridge

Third floor window is also on ground level. Room heater could not raise temperature above 20, but AC heating is available.

Spacious room with mini-kitchen. Very convenient location near grocery store and bus station. Third floor has second entrance on ground level, very convenient if you have heavy luggage.

One of the best stays in Georgia so far. Just next to the bus station, kind of a boutique hotel with all the basic amendities and out on the street before the hotel you can enjoy a coffee or breakfast. The host was super welcoming and helpful, especially organizing a laundry service and storing our backpacka during our multiple day hikes.

- The bed was too short...(probably 1.90) - The kitchenette was barely equipped but if needed you could ask for a frying pan - Bathroom is of the type that everything becomes wet when you shower - As all houses on our holiday: very thin walls

this was a fantastic value for money hotel. the room had a small kitchenette and green as immaculate. this is probably the nicest hotel we've been to in weeks on our cycle tour. the family that own the hotel could not have been more helpful and hospitable.

- Check-in process was weird, we didn‘t find anyone to talk to just because some other guests were also looking for a room a random women helped us and called the name of the guy (I think Merab) who was somewhere in the basement. Merab then didn’t really talk to us because he only speaks Russian and we don’t. He had always his phone in his hand with his daughter who talked to us in English. It took about 30 minutes until we then could enter the room. - in the room towels were missing, with the help of other guests who speak Russian, we received them immediately - the room is quite spacious, however the bathroom is really small and everything gets wet when showering - there is a kitchen, but almost no equipment, we missed pots/pans, dish soap, a kitchen towel… - worst was the check-out, we texted the entire last morning with Miriam how and when we pay - only she can handle the card reader (we didn’t have cash anymore) but she had to work
