Non disclosure of the fact that the airport shuttle was not free and the fact that money was deducted from my account without notification . This is fraudulent as the hotel capitalised on fact that they have access to my account.

The rooms were not so nice, the bathrooms seemed a bit old and rusty. It felt like the room is not frequently visited. If the rooms were mainted in a better way, I think I would have enjoyed my stay.

The breakfast was the best part of my stay. They had a lot of different varieties and a full menu to choose from. The other thing that is good about this hotel is where it is located just 5min. drive from the airport away.

Heavily over priced because of the time of year!! (December). I'd say a 3 star hotel. Reception staff = not rude but definitely not friendly. Strong sewage smell in the bathroom. The gym is a small room with a few free weights and a rowing machine.

It is basic- I'd rate this as a 3 star hotel. Free shuttle to the nearby airport, on the hour. The lady in the money exchange and the man outside for concierge were lovely. An OK location. Good wifi and good TV channels. Pool area was quiet, clean and comfy with beach towels given. The shower in the room was hot. Salon on site was good; i got my hair done- She was quick (VERY over- priced though). Staff in the restaurant were nice. Room was cleaned well daily.

For this extreme high price point (also because of Detty December), I expected more. All the cranes of the bathroom where loose, the hotel was outdated and the staff was not flexible with late check outs. I hoped to have more. Also the lobby wasn’t really cosy. Felt like a real airport hotel unfortunately.

The AC worked fine, the bed was nice and the restaurant had nice food.

We had requested in advance a shuttle from the airport, but it took over 1 hour for them to pick us up from the national terminal because the driver was waiting for other passengers on the international terminal that hadn't arrived yet. I called the reception many times to get this matter solved because we had appointments and we didn't want to be late. When the driver finally came, we went back to the internacional terminal to wait for the other passengers that still hadn't arrived. When we got to the hotel, the checkin was okay, we got to the room and it seemed fine, but the room needed to be updated. The beds that seemed comfortable weren't, after the first day of sleeping there I woke up with back pains, the mini freezer didn't work, the bathroom shower was leaking water everywhere, the wifi wasn't good, it would stop working out of no where.

The hotel was close to the airport and to Marina Mall. Breakfast was good, there are many options of food to choice from.

We didn't get to meet anyone at the pool throughout our stay and this made us scared of dipping ourselves in the pool. Though the water appeared clean but then we could not understand why no one came to swim.

Free Wi-Fi connection is really slow. Air-conditioner is not strong enough to keep up with the heat in the country (at least not for someone used to the European weather).

Well the water pressure is not good at all, and also hot water was a problem but after it was fixed, then Intercom system is very poor it needs to be looked at.

The area is awesome and peaceful, the staff are friendly especially Linda who was cleaning my room and Beniditor who was doing my room service for breakfast they are gorgeous ladies.

The bedrooms could’ve had a microwave for convenience. For the most part I was very satisfying to see a hotel like this in Ghana

The food was good I was surprised to see more American food which was great and the Buffet was very nice.
