if you are on a business trip and need an invoice, avoid this place. 2 out of 3 invoices of colleagues were wrong but they couldn't change them there. one had a different amount to what was withdrawn from the credit card, the other two had mistakes in the name and address, yet they were not able to change it. now i am in a long dispute with HQ to see if anyone of them is able to actually issue correct invoices. Nightmare, not worth experiencing

They had roaches in the bathroom. I seen a couple of them during my stay & attached is a picture of the spray that the housekeeper had when cleaning the rooms. The jacuzzi did not work. It acted like a regular bath tub & had mold particles coming out when we bathed. The staff during breakfast did not know customer service. They do not say hi, they just stand around & stare at guests eating. Also, something happened where I asked for 2 omelettes for my roommate & I & they only brought me one. Other guests started coming in to eat & went to order omelets. I noticed that the woman passing out the omelets kept passing them to other guests who arrived later so I went up & grabbed my 2nd one that I ordered BEFORE the other guests came down & one of the other guests had a nasty attitude & did not have great communication skills because she started saying mean things to the worker who then blamed it on me saying I took her omelet when I was supposed to get mine BEFORE that rude guest. This should have been explained to the guest but then that guest started saying rude things about me to which I ignored. I should not have been blamed for a staff member’s mistake. IMPORTANT: Also, on the booking.com listing & this hotels website, it lists a tumble dryer is included in the suite. When I arrived, there was no tumble dryer & this was the whole reason I booked this room. When I asked the receptionist, she said “There is no dryer in your room? Let me have someone bring one up.” I did not know dryers could be transported that easily but assumed it must be a small transportable dryer which would have been fine with me so I gave them a chance but once someone came up, she literally had no idea what I was talking about. She brought up a hair dryer but I specified that on their website, it said “tumble dryer” so an actual clothing dryer. I tried to my best ability to explain to her that but she just kept focusing on a hair dryer.
