The only issue was that we were not informed that the salon was under a 2 month maintenance. My friend and I had been looking forward to booking a massage and hair services at the hotel.

The staff are lovely from the reception staff to all the housekeepers to the restaurant staff. They really look after you and help you with booking taxis, carrying your luggage to and from your rooms, loaning you cash when you arrive if you don't have any etc. I can't remember all the staff members names but Benjamin from the restaurant was very nice, Sammy on the front desk was friendly and helpful, I think her name was Chrystal who did room/restaurant service was very kind and Felicity at reception was really helpful. Raymond was great too. The room and bathroom were a lot bigger than I thought, a pleasant surprise! Very comfortable bed and clean room. My friend and I were very grateful for the free airport pickup, the driver arrived on time and was very polite and helpful. The food was great but I recommend ordering from the restaurant an hour before you need to eat.

The spa/beauty was closed due to maintenance which was one reason I booked the hotel. No sunloungers by the pool although no problem to pull 2 large comfy seats together. The food was a bit slow in being served, I'd suggest pre-ordering if you're tight on time (good food though and reasonably priced). But I had a very positive stay and would recommend it.

I got upgraded to a suite which was fantastic. The staff were generally very courteous, especially housekeepers, they couldn't do enough to help. And I think her name was Kimberley on reception. The location is fine, a bit out of the city but all good. I walked to the supermarket and a few shops nearby no problem. You can buy big bottles of beer, water, snacks etc nearby.

Constant power outages, not able to control the Air Conditioner. The rooms were very uncomfortable for visitors to get a good night sleep. Air condition in restaurant was out most of my stay; hard to have a comfortable meal when you are hot.

There is nothing I dislike more about the hotel

It was a pleasure staying at this hotel as I appreciated how clean it was and the great service I received from all the staff. The staff in the breakfast room were very slow and sluggish and got my orders wrong.

Receptionist were very nice and lady at the front desk gave me a couple of hours extra after check out time.

Swimming pool is a plunge pool; not a ‘laps’ type of pool. Breakfast was tasty but limited options.

Room was large, quiet and in very good condition. Staff were helpful, responsive on WhatsApp pre-arrival and provided a free shuttle from (but not to?!) the airport.

Quite a place and easy to get to if you are driving. Cute boutique Hotel as the name suggests. internal decorations are great but could do with getting rid of mosquitoes in the dining areas

I didn’t like that the rooms only had one bed and the I had to pay extra for a guest but it wasn’t the much I paid. It would’ve been nice if I could have my guest stay with me with no extra charge since the hotel isn’t an all inclusive one.

I enjoyed the breakfast especially the yam and eggs. Everything was tasty and good, the workers had good customer service and treated me nice. The location is great in the middle of a lot of things and close by the airport so that was a plus. The staff were so welcoming and they even invited me to their year end party and fed me for free and it was so much fun seeing them enjoy themselves outside of work.

The cleanliness of the room and the bathroom, these two are the most important for me as a guest and they did not disappoint. Bathroom as very clean and this made me happy. When I expressed my OCD with bathrooms, the staff during check-in desk took me to see the bathroom to make sure I was going to be ok before he checked me in. Great customer service. Even though the breakfast was nice, the cost of £27 per person was very expensive.

A very welcoming place. It's a hidden jewel. It was very peaceful and airy. All of the staff were wonderful. The room was very comfortable and clean. The food was good but the breakfast was very expensive at £27pp. I would stay again. A big Thank You to all of the staff.
