The light switches were further away from the bed. To off lights, one g he as to climb down the bed. This is serious inconvenience as sleep fades away in the process I will try it again next time. Whilst in the room a plumber and his assistant were sent to work on the cistern. This was set inconvenience. Because I never knew if they were there to plant any device or genuinely coming for repair work.

Location, size of room and furniture set up.

The gym was closed for maintenance at my time of stay. I was first assigned to a room that only windows to inside the building and the staircase. But asking for another I was offered a very nice room with pool view at no extra charge.

The hotel pool is fair sized, clean and never crowded. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the restaurant is good too. Eastoment Hotel is situated in a safe area with banks and shopping facilities within walking distance. The hotel's Wi-Fi is reliable and fast, and electricity is stable due to the hotel's own generator. The A/C in my room was powerful but well adjustable in temperature and very silent at night.

The toilet bowl looks brown inside and needs to be changed. 2 people in a room should get 2 towels not 1 towel. Ordered beef vegetable sauce with cream and cornstarch however it was only cornstarch and no cream and the beef was very hard.

    Clean and quiet.

My bathroom needs some remodeling. The bathtub stand was adjusted with a piece of wood instead of fixing it with tiles.

The receptionist, Andrea was very helpful. She answered all my questions. She called Uber for me whenever I requested. She was friendly and courteous. The breakfast was delicious. Proximity to Labadi Pleasure Beach.

I find the cable TV system not very functional - the TV remote often needs batteries, and the TV has very poor reception, only channeling 3 - 4 stations. The fixtures in the bathrooms are worn and need replacing in the sink, and the bathtub and shower heads.

The rooms are nice, comfortable very little foot traffic in passageway.

The maintenance at the property needs to improve. The shower, doors to rooms, TV remotes require batteries, furniture becoming worn, numerous Sat TV stations cannot connect or cannot view. General upkeep needs to improve.

Great value for money - an excellent place to stay for families, couples, and solo travellers!

The bed hasn't been moved since it was placed in the room (probably because it is very heavy to move), so if you do manage to move it, you will notice that the floor underneath is very dirty. Also, the area around the periphery of the bed should be cleaned better, between guests. (The rest of the room was very clean.) The bathroom is quite antique, lacks bath towels and handtowels and toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, lotion, etc. - although there is a soap bar provided next to the tub), and has a rusty, stopper-less bathtub that is impossible to take baths in. In general, it is in dire need of major renovation. That being said, it's OK for a quick shower, and as long as you bring your own towels and toiletries, you can make expedient use of it. Eastonments, if you were to renovate all your bathrooms, you would be unbeatable on the market, and I would award you a 10/10.

This is an excellent budget hotel that over-delivers on value for the cost of accommodation. The beauty of the grounds and the spaciousness and attractiveness of my room exceeded my expectations. Bedrooms have a stereo system and television, a mini fridge (though unplugged) and kettle, complimentary bottled water, a desk, an armchair and coffee table, and a spacious ensuite bathroom. The air conditioner in the room works well, and there is mosquito netting on each window, so no bugs inside. The staff is friendly and accommodating (props to driver and grounds staff William, and front desk attendants Anita and Francis!). Also, if you need to check out early, there are no issues - you simply send a message to the booking manager (on Booking.com, if that's what you used to book), and they will update your check-out date without an issue. Payment is accepted via credit card, debit card, cash, or MoMo (MTN mobile money), and you will be prompted to settle up in the morning, which is nice to not have to deal with that right away if you're arriving at night. And meals are available from the in-house restaurant all day long (7 am to 10 pm) and are delicious. You can either choose to eat in the restaurant or to have meals delivered to your room for a 10-cedi service charge. Be aware though that breakfast is the same every day (English breakfast - baked beans, toast, and an omelet + tea/coffee), and there are limited options from the menu available at night. And for local standards, the meals are a bit overpriced (100 cedis, on average, for a dish; compared to 50-80 cedis even in upscale neighborhoods like Osu), but for the convenience of having food service on-site, it's OK. I would 100% stay here again.

Although there were no hygiene problems, the bathroom was past the end of its life and needs refitting. The furniture in the bedroom was dated. There was a swivel chair with a missing castor, which was dangerous to sit on.

A quiet hotel in one of the best areas of Accra, not far from the city centre and close to a good restaurant and a supermarket. The staff were helpful and friendly. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The air conditioning was effective. The grounds were beautifully landscaped.
