We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GhanaI would recommend the hotel considers placing a small bottle of water in each room for new guests. The hotel is quite a distance from the main town center & some of the main roads are currently under construction/repairs/expansion. However once this is completed it would be much better.
The staff go out of the way to make you comfortable - Henry (at the reception) - Wisdom (the chef) - Monica - Eunice The owner was very nice, welcoming and customer-centric. Always greeted me with a smile and even adjusted the reception TV to an advantage position for me while I was seated at the reception. It is very budget friendly. Initially I expected a bit more from the room perhaps bcos my last hotel stay was at The Royal Senchi for 2 nights - but when I made the price/value comparison I was satisfied with the service given. The bed was very firm and comfortable. Lovely, warm reception that makes you feel at home. Very tasty meals prepared by the kitchen staff.

NetherlandsThe breakfast was a bit weird the sausage tasted like pork , the beans was not seperated in another bowl it was on top of the omelette, the place was far because the Uber’s kept on canceling or you really had to wait long, the were kinda afraid to go on that road of the hostel.
Henri was super nice! And the cleaners were super nice, they cleaned the room so well and because we asked the double cleaned the room. The breakfast was also made for me when i woke up at 10:00 it’s normally 8 o’clock! The rooms were also comfortable, and slept really well on the beds. The gateman, helped with alot of small things like flipflops and etc.

NigeriaThe air-conditioning seems to be too small for the room, wasn't cooling enough. The room is extremely dry and the bedsheet and blanket caused a lot of static that made it quite uncomfortable at times.
Our favorite staff Henry was the highlight of the trip. He was very attentive and helpful during the entire duration of our stay! The place is clean, quiet and spacious.

Ghanait is very far from the main city u will be more comfortable if you go there with your own car else you will suffer before you get a car and since those drives around knew you are new there they chose to charge you anyhow I suppose to be at a program at 7:30 I was at 6 I then got a car at 8:20 which is very bad

GhanaWe booked three rooms. When we reach we were told only two rooms available. But we arrived around 5pm they should have noticed us earlier. The staff sent us to another hotel nearby but that place we could not accept. We have to be back to their place and beg them. Finally they gave us three rooms. The rooms are very small. We wasted a lot of time before finally check in. If you are not ready for internet sales pls dont put yourself on platform. It really brought trouble to both of us
