You're in for a delightful experience! The location is stunning, and Hannah and Kwesi are incredibly friendly hosts. Although we experienced some minor issues during our stay, they were very responsive when we brought them to their attention and resolved what they could. Just remember to keep an open mind.

Whilst all staff were pleasant, I would point out that Edith could have been a little more accomodating in terms of not being so serious all the time. A little smile here and there would have been appreciated.

Hannah's professionalism and hospitality was amazing. Junior was also great. They both made us feel comfortable and made themselves available when required. Our dirty laundry was washed and returned to us, and I was even offered a lift to the airport on my final day...all this at no extra cost. Fabulous service

The host was exceptional, always available to help. Excellent location, close to the airport, malls and restaurants. My only take back was the kitchen which was still being furnished so there was no microwave. We had to rely on the host warming our food for us, which she readily did.

They waited for my arrival despite being late on arrival. The breakfast was lovely however if it could be alternated that would be nice. When I requested for something about the bathroom it was immediately done.

I arrived later than planned due to a traffic jam, but upon arrival, the room was not ready. The photos provided did not accurately represent the actual condition of the room. The bathroom wasn't fully clean. Additionally, the furniture appeared to be somewhat deteriorating. My colleague and I attempted to contact the establishment multiple times in the weeks before arrival via phone and , WhatsApp and text but received no response. Furthermore, locating the place was challenging, and receiving additional directions in advance would have been greatly beneficial for ensuring ease of finding it.

The staff is friendly, got me some additional bottles of water, there was a fridge, offered me breakfast in the morning and arranged a taxi for me to the airport. That I can absolutely appreciate.

The house keeping was poor, my room wasn’t clean for 2weeks.

The pictures in Booking did not match the room/apartment we got. We got mixed up with the address when talking to the host and it took us too long to find the place. Maybe it was just bad luck, but the second day we didn’t have water because apparently the previous guest has used it all, I think this can be improved, to check these details before next guest arrives.

AC worked fine and bed was comfortable. Towel was provided, wifi worked fine but only in the living room.

The room that I was given was not fit for the purpose and was unclean with exposed electric fitting. The bed and chair were very uncomfortable and I ended up with a bad back injury which remains very painful to date. The kitchen was in very poor state with no light at night and microwave and cooker were very difficult to use. The advert for the accommodation was very misleading in my opinion. As if this was not bad enough, the managers then moved me from the room I had paid for into a smaller room, which had pests and then proceeded to put other guests in the room I had paid for. I was repeatedly subjected to renovation noises which gave me headaches.

The managers were polite but were not straight with me.

The hosts, Hannah and Gwen were really nice. The property was in a quiet location and there were beautiful houses around. The hosts extended my check out time when my flight was moved to 6pm. They are highly recommended.

The tv didn’t work. I changed rooms and that tv was also faulty. The bed sheet was not clean so another was sheet was placed on top. The room had dust in corners or the room. The toilet seat was broken and moved when you sit on the seat. There was renovations going on which was noisy. The location was not pinpointed accurately so you were taken to different location where pin dropped. Apart from that the staff were very friendly, helpful and pleasant.

I like the house and the area which is near to the airport. The place is a gated community with security guards always at the front of the main entrance to keep everyone safe and secure the place at all times.

Hannah was always there to show me where to go around the city of Accra. She is very knowledgeable and respectful lady and she take care of every guest in the house. She got good manners and kind. I will always recommend Marysin guest house to everyone.
