Quiet, comfortable room with ensuite and aircon located in Legon which was chosen for good access to local and Aburi botanical gardens. A good breakfast was available.

Breakfast was the same the whole time I was there. They could change the breakfast sometime. Also there was no generator as a backup for the frequent blackout.

The staff were exceptional. The room was excellent and the location of the property was very good. I really much liked the safari themed lounge they have on the property compound😊

Briefly we couldn't find anyone on Reception, but we then found them in the kitchen helping with breakfast. Maybe it would be a good idea to place a bell in Reception, when guests are looking for staff.

We were offered a huger room than we booked, payment was easy, part sterling, part cedis, breakfast was generous, staff were helpful and discreet, and all the facilities worked well.

My time at Nana's holiday let has been superb. Nana is a great host and the staff have been very friendly and attentive. The place is clean and very close to East Legon and needed shopping amenities...

It seems like they gave us different room in place of the room I booked. Because if I go through the details of the Room we booked I can clearly see the discrepancy. But never mind, all went well

All is okay, the environment, the staffs, the cleanliness, etc.. I may revisit any time I come to Accra.

A couple of roaches in the room Saw two ,no big deal. just worried they will get in my luggage🤷🏾‍♀️. AND mosquitoes in the room 😕 Not the property itself, but The airport shuttle charges $20; I would say if you don’t have a lot of luggage, walk a few minutes to the road and order an Uber if possible ( about $4-5). OR see if someone can pick you up, even if it’s with an Uber.

The location was great, peaceful and yet close to everything including the madina market. The staff are SUPER NICE. Rooms are secure, breakfast was always on time ,

The facilities need some upgrade. The lighting situation in the living area, and the fancy furniture at the outdoor lobby needs some fixing. Also, which is my major feedback, is that there was power outage for over 24hours. The hotel had no alternative power supply option.

I really like how affordable this place was and how kind the staff are. The place feels like being at your own house with your siblings around. It’s a really cool budget hotel to stay in Accra, and if all goes well, should be really good value for money. The rooms are big and they offer some free toiletries too, should you need them.

This is my go to place when I am in Madina. Nana's Holiday Let is always clean, the staff are professional and friendly. The price is affordable and I love that it is close to stores and restaurants. The owner gave me a gift for being a valuable customer which I thought was extremely gracious. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a nice place to lodge.

The linen should be changed daily as stated in the guest guide, Also I think if there is a bath mat in the bathroom, it would have been good.
