Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CuraçaoI can't remember any thing that we didn't like We felt at home. The only thing is that we wanted to stay longer, hahahaha.
It's an excellent hotel and very well located. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We were very happy to have Mr. Believe as our butler. He arranged our tours with a wonderful and friendly driver, offered us breakfast in the room, checked on us if all was good. He made us feel at home at this hotel. Also Francis was awesome.... We're grateful and will be back for sure.

United KingdomNot much to say that wasn't great.... maybe more breakfast choice for 3 of the 4 days we were there. Probably a low occupancy period in mid-Feb. But the coffee was stunning!!
Excellent hotel with apartments if needed. Good location for restaurants and other stuff of you want to try the city vibes. Great 2 bed apartment with great views over the city and plenty of space. Very helpful staff with great connections to others, eg, Fofo, the taxi driver with a great big 4x4 who took us to Aburi, a number of places in Accra, and then onto the Cape Coast for the second leg of our holiday. Great!

NigeriaThe hotel is right in the middle of a very busy noisy place. During the day it is the horn or noise from vehicles due to traffic and also airplane flying. Evening it is airplane noise and music from the street jamming till 4am. Then they need to do something about the mosquitoes by the pool side and balcony. Terrible. Even the lift. Surprisingly it wasn't inside the room. Then a hanging rack or rope is needed in the bathroom please. No where to hang anything . Even to place your toothbrush and all. Wasn't impressed by the bathroom.
The hotel itself is pretty. Good for pictures. Good cocktails. Nice pool side with music
