Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GermanyNothing much to complain about; just nitpicking. Room service (cleaning) seems to be rushed. More time can be taken so as not to “misplace” items. (PS. All our items were accounted for; but not exactly where we left them. Eg. An earring on the floor and another on the table.
It’s located quite well in the city. Facilities are good, clean and staff are very friendly, flexible and eager to help with bags and booking taxi rides. Breakfast was simple and abundant. Plenty space outside to sit, relax and allow kids to play.

United KingdomBreakfast could have more variety. I would have scored this hotel 9/10 but after we left I got an email from Booking.com saying that the hotel said we never checked in. We did and I had the receipt to prove it but it was disappointing and somewhat spoiled our view of the hotel. I would like to think it was an honest mistake.
Very clean and comfortable. Amazing shower. Great value for money. Nice touches with tea and coffee in the room. Most of the staff are excellent.
