    When I arrived at my room one of the wardrobe doors was off. The toilet seat was off. The water pressure for the shower was almost nothing, and the wifi was not working. It seemed as though they were not expecting any guest. When I complained enough, the wardrobe and toilet were fixed. The wifi worked for one day only. Water pressure in the shower never improved. The pics on the internet appear to be old and do not reflect the current condition of the property.

    I give thumbs up to a couple of the staff members. One in particular is Fauzia. They did the best with what was at their disposal. All the issues I encountered where due to management/ownership neglect.

    There were couple of things I don't like about my stay at the hotel and it was quite disappointing to know. 1. There was no Internet service as at the time of my stay 2. The water heater in the king's room I stayed was not working and couldn't be fixed till I left. 3. At some point water stopped running and I had to go report this on 3 occasions 4. The hotel does not have an intercom facility, I had to keep going down to the reception for any request. 5. There was no car hirer services available 6. The air-conditioning system in the King's room was not effective and had ro support the cooling with a ceiling fan.

    The only thing I like was the staff willingness to assist. They were friendly and welcoming. I felt at home with them. The security named Bright and the staff named Fauzia did exceptionally well.

    I was satisfied with everything

    I didn’t eat breakfast because I had to checkout earlier than breakfast time, but I believe it will be perfect
