The soap in the washroom was not gentle in my skin I in particular have a fragile skin and the soap made me very itchy

The attitude of a staff. Basically acting like working there was a favour she was doing for the owner. Wouldn't generalize it though. But worth mentioning. Lack of elevator as there are four floors.

Eagerness of the staff to resolve any issues that comes up. Closeness to the beach. Their breakfast was very good compared to the norm in accra for the price range. Rooms was a good size and housekeeping did a good job with the cleanesss. Peace , the housekeeper did a great job. Joyce at reception was very professional and Comfort as well. They have a nice bar in a good environment to sit , eat and relax. I was impressed. And I have seen my share of hotels worldwide.

coffee is sacred to me, unfortunately I couldn't always ask for it, poor meals. Due to meals and coffee problems, I shortened my stay. the rooftop restaurant is no longer open, there was no information about it

The room had only one socket, another one was in the bathroom. I stayed 3 times over 1 month at this hotel. The first time was VERY good, the second and the the third time-not so good, the staff was grumpy, they were gossiping about tenants, how stingy they were lol. Seriously? This is a cheap hotel so the tenants are also cheap (including myself). The food was very average, tilapia was small, dry and extra spicy.

Good location, clean swimming pool with a nice seating area, overall territory is well maintained.

The staff were rude and answered enquires in a sarcastic manner. Around 11:00am when we were about fleshing up to leave the premises the water stopped coming. We complained but no one cares, so we have to leave without bathing.

The location is excellent, clean environment, safe and secure.

Same breakfast every day, hotel manager tried her best to make my breakfast better but it changed for a day or two and we went back on old same breakfast again, some things were even cooked before and I they were cold already. Some staff shouldn’t work there because they are giving bad light on hotel.

There were discrepancies with the room rates: a particular staff whose name I would omit chose to disregard the booking.com rates and insisted that we must pay the counter rack rates. It was kind off funny because she even overruled the Manager's instructions to do the needful. It took our insistence and demand to see the manager who had stepped out and later the intervention of their higher management(Mrs Helena) for us to be able to pay our booking.com rate.

I must first commend their kitchen department; they definitely understood the assignment, and they delivered commendable service. Kudos to Priscilla ( I hope I got her name correctly) and every other kitchen staff. Their housekeeping did well because the room was always clean, and so were the bedsheets. The floors were always mopped with bleach, and it ensured 100% cleanliness.
