You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomThe doors. Hard to open or close but the staff are looking into it and I recommended some WD40. Breakfast. I made some suggestions and hopeful this gets better but otherwise every thing else as excellent. All the staff were friendly, helpful, professional, smart, caring and lovely people to be with. Nap hotel became my home from home in the 2 weeks I spent there.
It was always clean and the staff were always available and happy to help with anything from laundry and ironing to Bolt Eats to organising a car. A most excellent experience. Parker and Mary look after the reception and their guests exceptionally well and I’m grateful to have met them.

United Kingdom-Musty room. There was incredibly musty when I arrived. This could have been aired out ahead of arrival. Even with the windows open, this did not change. It made it uncomfortable to breathe easily & sleep at night. I asked for another room which wasn't available - Bathroom window - this was a poorly designed sliding window. To open it, a latch used to unlock it needs to be pushed upward. This upward movement dislodged the entire window, which dropped out completely and smashed to bits on the corridor outside the room. I was initially told I would need to pay for damages, but when I explained myself to the manager, he understood it was an accident caused by a design flaw. - Clean & hot running water - the water was not running at a useable pressure the night I arrived. I didn't think much of it as it was very late & when I asked in the morning, I was told the water needed to be pumped. This was then carried out & after some time waiting, it was flowing - albeit brownish in colour at first. I was advised this was normal, too - I just needed to let it run. I believe this also affected the hot running water as this did not work at first. -Breakfast- need more breakfast options. Could also inform/ remind guests of breakfast timing & take requests on arrival instead of knocking on the doors in the morning.
-24hr security -Great attitude with staff- Haula at reception during the day was very helpful and attentive. -Nice to have breakfast included.

Ghanavery cool place but very complicated with their charges option and the way they treated the customer on charges. They sometimes comes with their own dollar rate and some unnecessary charges for eating in the hotel room whiles it can be added to the room charges. Some of this things was arguably addressed and was successfully changed. Hope all of this will be solved soon. Thank you

South AfricaI wasn't happy with the reception I received from the owner of the place, communication to get to the place was unpleasant because he kept saying I will come back to you to every question. At my arrival to the place I was surprised to hear him saying I should pay extra $20 per night because I come along with my wife and little baby. After i told him I don't have the such money he then settle for extra $25 which I was not happy with. The following morning I went to him and told him I was reducing my stay from 4 nights to 3 nights but he kept on insisting i must pay for all 4 nights. So in total i paid up $145 for 3 nights instead of $90 which i think wasn't fair. I was ill treated because i was a visitor to his place.

United KingdomI was greeted in a warm respectful manner by George, the manager and a member of staff. I was shown to my room, the TV, toilet, shower, A.C, explained in a simple easy to understand way. George gave a verbal description of the menu for breakfast. The room was very clean and modern. All the amenties worked perfect. A good night's sleep and a good breakfast. George has a policy for taxis to enter his carpark before driving off ensuring guests are leaving with a reputable taxi company George is happy with.
