The Wi-Fi was very slow. Slow to the point that I could not even attend a Teams call.

The location was 2 minute drive from the city centre, The staff was great and always willing to help you with questions about the city (activities, restaurants e.t.c.). The room was clean and the view was great. The heating of the room was more that enough, you could not really tell that the temperature outside was -20 degrees Celcius

The window in room #33 is not well isolated, so it's a little bit colder inside the room. I hope they're going to check it.

I like the staff who are working during my stay and I like good Wifi connection.

Basic but adequate breakfast, not really a dislike. Restaurant only does breakfast but there's plenty of restaurants in town and before you reach town centre.

Friendly staff, good value hotel about 15 mins walk into central Nuuk. By the port area with views over the port and was ideal for a boat trip that picked up there. Good value for money for 3 star hotel. Excellent shower, plenty of hot water and power.

We enjoyed staying at this hotel. Our room was large with great views and a comfortable bed. Location for us was great. It was a 10-15 minute walk from town which we preferred and a 15 minute taxi ride from the airport. We ate at the restaurant a couple of nights and breakfast was simple but good too. The weather turned on our last day and we got stuck here for an extra two nights. Staff were understanding and accommodating. We won’t be returning to Nuuk but I would recommend Soma.

They advertise a free airport shuttle but they don't pick you up if you arrive on the later flight and the buses stop running early so you need a taxi

Greenland is expensive so having the possibility of a room with shared bathroom helped to keep costs down. Soma is a chain and the branches in other towns recognized my phone so I had free internet even though I wasn't staying there. The hotel is near the port so it is both convenient for the coastal ferry and much more scenic than hotels in the center. The views from the breakfast room were wonderful and the breakfast itself was good

I know I was in a budget room, but my room was in a hallway many ppl go through to get to the kitchen/canteen and/or vice versa. The floor is made of wood in the hallway, so in the morning while you're still trying to sleep you wake up from the stomping of ppl walking by. But with another room in another hallway, I didn't have that problem.

The location is kind a far from the town center, about 20-30 minutes distance.

There's a cafe within the hotel. The room is spacious and clean. The receptionist is friendly and nice, she helped us carried our luggage to the room as there's no lift and my legs was injured.

Double bed was two single beds put together, but without any form of mattress topper which made the bed a bit uncomfortable.

Breakfast was plentiful and good, although hot food options were limited for vegetarians. Very good coffee! Friendly and helpful staff, conveniently located for the ferry terminal (if you are getting the Sarfaq Ittuk it's about a five minute walk). Large room and hotel was quiet.

We stayed there two nights. In the second night in the midnight one man enter in our room. The same happand in room of my friend. He had the card that open our rooms. In the next morning we told it to the reception and after that they check what happand they said us that the man just checked rooms. I thing that is not normal to check rooms in midnight when people sleep.

The hotel is clean with good breakfast. Inside hotel is worm and there are bar and restaurant. I have eaten chicken hamburger and was delicious. They check in early us.

My room was under the roof and it was very hot and I could not open the window very wide for fresh air.

I had a single room. It was small, but clean, and practical. The breakfast buffet was good. The staff friendly and helpful (I was allowed to store some luggage with them). In the house is a restaurant which provides tasty open sandwiches for lunch and a full range from burgers to 3 course meals in the evening. The location was handy for me, close to the harbour since I was leaving on a ship, but it is a 15-20 minutes walk into town.

- The walls are quite thin, so you can hear your neighbors. - The room had a carpet. - The breakfast is pretty simple.

- I got a whole small apartment with oceanview - I was really happy about that. - It was comfortable. - I couldn't fly in just 2 days later because of the weather and it was really questionable that I could leave (the weather there is very changeable and can be terrible!) - the reception would modify my booking and helped me check on the flight status.

No views, no outdoor seating area, the restaurant is like a high school canteen, same for the staff there, its all self service , its a bit out of town.

Convenient middle of port, when embarking or disembarking vessel, its a seaman transfer house, the reception staff is helpful, the water kettle in room, the relative large bathroom

During my stay , I got everything what I needed. Staffs were very friendly, helpful and could answer my every question. Thank you Guys. It was great staying at your place. The bed was quite narrow - but mightn't be a problem for less restless sleepers :)

The room had an amazing view and staff was really lovely and helpful. Really good value for money for Nuuk, too! It's a little way away from the center, but on plus side really close to the ferry - and the harbor view really made up for a lot. The restaurant adjacent to the hotel was also really nice, recommended!

A bit distance from the City Center.

Staff was very helpful and accommodating. The food was simple, but good. There was enough time and the facilities were more than adequate for thought and writing.
