We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The place is quite, the staffs Nuha n the son Buba are so welcoming n interacting, very nice people who always made sure the guest are highly comfortable.... The pool, the kitchen n bathroom are all super exceptional, and the rooms are extra comfortable... Very easy to locate, restaurants n supermarkets all around it! Cant wait to visit again.... Hosts were really helpful arranging everything I needed. Picked me up from the airport (for a fee) and organised a bicycle (for a fee). Good location. And a swimming pool. A small and cozy place.

NorwayThis time a lot of loss of electricity in the Gambia, but not Ann's fault, but missed a generator or solar panels at times.
I very much enjoyed to stay at Ann's guesthouse. Feels like a family place for those staying there, and it's a nice place with a pool and a garden. Location was perfect for me.

Ann is an angel, caring and compassionate, and she and her husband Nua will do everything possible to take care of you and ensure that you are happy. I booked for 3 days and then stayed 3 weeks !
