Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomAlthough this is a lovely place it is well overdue for a lick of paint if not a complete refurb. The wardrobe doors were impossible to close. The wrought iron balustrades have rust showing through. Wi-fi is very poor. Sometimes we drink wine. It is hard to believe a hotel of this size would run out of wine. The wine we were drinking that is, there were other varieties available.
Friendly, helpful staff. Relaxed atmosphere. Plenty of areas to lounge around the pools. Lovely view of the beach. Breakfast was very nice. Twenty-four-hour bar.

United KingdomTook me 2 hours to check in as wrong room was allocated but was sorted out in the end. On my first night, I was super hungry and decided to get some food at the hotel restaurant. Wrong choice! Good was tasteless and nothing like the local dish I ordered.
