It's a very lovely place with big, clean rooms. Powerful AC. The common spaces (kitchen, salon) are clean and cosy. It is quiet. The manager, Demba, is very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be staying here again next time I'm in The Gambia!

Great place in every sense: location (walking distance from Senegambia), clean, comfortable, etc. Demba makes you feel like at home, and will do anything in his hand to accommodate your needs. The pool is a great extra to refresh. I am just back for the second time after a trip to Gambia river Natural Park, had no doubt on coming back again. Best quality/price you will have in the area.

Demba was like a big brother making sure I was comfortable and most importantly safe. He would check up on me to know where I was and he picked me up from the airport. Cleaning services were exceptional too. Abarka. Jërëjëff.

Can't really fault this guest house. However, management need to give some thoughts to hiring a good photographer to give potential guests a good idea of what to expect. We live in world where photos mean a lot. Gam Properties is not doing itself any favours with the photos they have online compared to what you actually see when you get there.

Had a wonderful time at this guest house. The rooms and facilities were kept clean and to very good standards. The swimming pool was cleaned almost on a daily basis. Staff members, Demba and Sang(not sure if I got the spelling right) were great hosts. Demba with his always friendly smile and ready to help approach. Sang who always made me laugh with his stories. From a personal point of view, the guest house is also well located as it is within a walking distance to most of what wanted including the local beaches, Senegambia beach, Sanchaba Market etc. etc Oh lest I forget please visit the famous Kadi Kadi restaurant which is about 5 to 10mins walk. It's by no means a trendy restaurant but be rest assured of a real taste of authentic Gambian cuisines.

A few sunbeds around the pool could be an improvement but was told they are looking for it. For the rest nothing negative.

Gam Properties is a nice place. My room was simple but very clean. The property has a variety of rooms some bigger than other. There's a kitchen and sitting area in the main building. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Demba who takes hospitality serious and will do what he can to let you enjoy your stay. In some more expensive hotels they let you pay extra to use airco and a fridge. Not in Gam Properties. Also the airport shuttle is a big plus. Gam Properties location is in the village of Kerr Sering on a calm location. No bars with loud music around. The tourist area is about 15-20 min walking. I felt safe walking home in day as well during night. I will definitely go again to this place.

Property was great staff was wonderful especially Demba he was so kind an helpful he picked me up from the airport an dropped me off back to the airport also waited till I checked in he is a wonderful staff that anybody will loved. Sang an the housekeeper also was nice. The property was always clean an neat I will definitely come back

Property was good Staff treated me were helpful, especially DEMBA. from meeting me at the airport and taking me back he was very helpful yet professional. His commitment to the business was demonstrated in every aspect of my contact with him. Even though I was a solo traveller I was made to be part of the team. Musu and Sang were also great.
