We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

BelgiumWeirdly they promote the rooms as single rooms while they are actually double rooms. Just change this guys. Breakfast was a very greasy omelette. Not a good start for your bowels if you are up for a day of travel. We had two wait for two hours to change euros into dalasi. They could have told us it would take time and we could have spent the waiting time useful, but instead they communicated as if the money changer was right behind the corner. Just be honest next time. One of the staff members was too pushy.
Location is perfect if you're planning to travel inland or down south as it is not far from Brikama and the airport. Smooth communication with owner to arrange a driver and change money.

LiechtensteinThe location on booking.com is wrong (3 km from where it actually is). On google maps its correct which I found out when I arrived. Before arrival, the staff did not know how to tell me how I can find the accommodation and even told me the google maps location is wrong. The whole description and communication about how I can find the accommodation was a mess.
I was there to be near the airport to get my flight after midnight. No restaurants nearby, only a small takeaway. AC works well, the property is clean and staff are trying to be very supportive. Good Wifi. They organized airport transfer, but don't know if it the transfer was overpriced.

SwedenI have already been to this guesthouse before and because I was satisfied I booked a night there again. It's a small guesthouse that suits me perfectly as I don't like big hotels. It is easy and satisfactory for anyone who does not have high demands on luxury. The room was very clean, not big but still spacious. Bed was very comfortable. The only thing I missed there was something to hang clothes on. The breakfast was good with bread and omelet. Wifi worked well. Friendly staff who take care of their guests. I recommend this to travelers looking for personal service.

I booked a hotel shuttle and a kind man was waiting for.mw as well as waiting well on time for my middle of the night retunlrn to banjul.airport. they prepared me a meal upon my request which was really good, exactly what I.could have hoped.for. it felt like coming home to people who wanted to make sure you were comfortable.

AustraliaThis was a fantastic place to stay overnight while I was transiting in Gambia. The staff really went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. The staff personally picked me up and dropped me off to the airport, even when my flight was delayed almost four hours. As I had an early flight, they swapped the included breakfast for dinner when I first arrived. It meant I had a completely smooth experience in a country I am not familiar with. The room was clean and the wifi and air conditioning all worked perfectly.

SwedenI would prefer warm shower, but water was not so cold anyway.
It was a nice little building with a courtyard with rooms all around and the entrance to all the rooms was right from there so it was like bungalows next to each other. Room was not big with reasonable anyway, it was clean everywhere, even outside it was nice. The bed was very comfortable. Wifi worked well but slow, although it was not the hotel's fault but the Gambian internet provider. It was quiet and peaceful there and the staff really very helpful and it was a pleasant and nice stay.
