The rooms were ok but the place has not Ben properly maintained. The ceiling is leaking everywhere. You can see mold and rotten wood at many different spots. Our sea view was obstructed by many trees and a construction site in front of the room.

The birds, chicken and cocks are not for everyone but they did not bother me too much.

It was a one night stay. Room was good and the breakfast too though you share the table with birds. One look away and your food is taken. Cocks walking around. Nice bar right down the beach. Very romantic at night.

Most of the staff were friendly, but some restaurant staff were very rude. Also the breakfast was not the best... Eggs were very undercooked and the omelette station didn't even make omelettes... Property is OK, but a bit outdated.

Some areas leading to our room smelled like cat pee. The rooms were too hot. No ice after hours. The breakfast should have more varieties and they should stop burning the sausage and bacon. Most time it was done anyway.

I like the atmosphere. The staff was very welcoming. The hotel is also spacious and has activities to do both during the day and at night. Very welcoming and family oriented. The breakfast was good esp the croissant and guava juice.

Staff displays typical French lack of customer focus. Work organization is certainly not like "Swiss Clockwork", but who would expect that in the Caribbean...

Beach uncleaned from algae, rotten boards on the terrace by the pool. At the very bar by the pool, a board broke under me and I almost broke my leg. I am sure that until now this board has remained broken. Overpriced at the bar and at the same time bad drinks. bad staff at the bar - we came to order a beer - and waited for the tables to be removed from previous visitors - although 70% of the tables were empty, there were dirty dishes on them. After we asked to clean up the dirty floor, the bartender was in no hurry and chatted with one of his colleagues. at breakfast, a terrible gray omelet is served - probably something is mixed into it. Terrible sausages made from a single stinking fat and over-salted ham. The hotel management should try what is served for breakfast. You can only eat what is not prepared in the kitchen at the hotel, but simply bought - fruits, yogurts ... It is obvious that the kitchen staff is spoiled by the flow of tourists.

2 or 3 times during our few days stay there was electricity outgage as well as water… Hotel is nice and friendly but everything in the room is obsolete. Price is quite high for the quality.

The elevator was not working so I had to carry 4 suitcases and a baby to the second floor. There ware two ladies on the checkin desk which were not able to help me. We asked for scale to measure the weight of our suitcase before leaving to the airport and the answer from the checkin desk was "we have one, but we don't know where it is", which was not helpful. The door to the outside swimming pool was broke and people were not able to get in nor out. We had to report the problem multiple times to get it fixed, first few times the maintenance guy just came to open the door and on the next close it got stuck again it was super strange.

The breakfast buffet was good. The room was spacious enough to fit the baby crib, 4 suitcases and a stroller. They allowed us to checkout an our later at 13:00 without additional chage.

we have met only three people of the staff who speaks english which was difficult for us to communicate with them (we dont spreak french). The equipment was quit old and deckchairs should be replaced with new ones. Many things should be renewed.

I was looking for a place to stay before flying back home, this hotel seemed clean, safe, and affordable. It actually exceeded my expectations! The place was well managed, the room was clean and quiet, easy access to the restaurants, services, the pool, and the beach... Breakfast was available, nothing fancy but still enjoyable. Some shops and restaurants around. The supermarket was accessible on foot. I think it's a great place if you want to enjoy the sun, relax by the ocean, and do no housework. I do recommend and I would go back!

Property very outdated in dire need of refurbishment. Very cold check in and welcome at the reception. If you are not on a full board,it is impossible to get anything to eat between breakfast and 7pm.Even then,if you haven’t booked the hotel restaurant chances are you will not be eating. Pizza and burger place within walking distance so we had really heavy,late dinners throughout our stay
