The property was prefect! For a solo traveler and first time abroad it was perfect, it was spacious and comfortable with loads of natural light but blinds to completely block out the light! Well looked after and comfortable and so nice to come back to after a long day out sight seeing

Leaving!

Petros is an excellent host. He allowed us access to the apartment for our early arrival and late departure.. He also drove us to and from Asklepios, such a gentleman. The apartment is spacious, spotless and is well equipped. The location is superb, less than 10 minutes walking distance from port and bus station. There are many restaurants close by. The balcony gets the sun all afternoon/evening. The air conditioning is almost silent and very efficient.

This apartment is very close to centre of Kos. You can go to port in 5 minutes by walk. Also, the owner of the house has very positive vibe. There was no problem, also he organized cleaning. Thank you for everything to Pedro. We hope to see him in Turkey , too. Ceyda&Eren

An amazing apartment, beautifully decorated, very clean, comfortable, had all the amenities you need, the host even gave us two bikes that we were able to use. The location was very convenient, quiet but very close to all the main areas in town. Petros, the host, was very welcoming and gave many great recommendations for our trip on the island. Highly recommend!

Everything was fine

The apartment was comfortable and spacious. It was good to have a balcony with a view across to the mountains. In a quiet side street, it was within 5 minutes walk of the harbour. Petros made us very welcome and a special thanks to him for his kindness to us. It had everything we needed including efficient and quiet air conditioning.

Great apartment all around. Convenient location close to waterfront & shopping. Walking distance to beach. Petros the owner was fantastic. Picked me up from bus station when my flight was late. Went above & beyond. So friendly & helpful. Highly recommend staying here. & would definitely stay again when I come back to Kos. Wish all apartments & staff were like this.

There was only one mirror (in the bathroom), which wasn't a massive issue for us but it would have been nice to have a full length mirror also. Some plants and/or lamps in the living area would have also been nice, but that is just our personal preference, and is still a beautiful apartment!

Petros and Leticia were amazing hosts and were in contact before we arrived, and met us on arrival to help us with our luggage, show us to our room and make sure we were comfortable. They also sent recommendations for restaurants and beach bars that they would frequently visit as residents of Kos which was massively helpful. The apartment itself was exactly as it looks in the pictures, with all facilities working perfectly for the duration of our stay. There was air conditioning in both the bedroom and the living area that you could control separately if you prefer to sleep in a warmer/cooler room! The fridge and freezer would probably be big enough to hold a week's worth of groceries so was more than big enough for us! The location was brilliant, about a two minute walk to the harbour and all of its bars and restaurants, with a large supermarket less than a 10 minute walk for us. Lambi beach and all of its beach bars were also about a leisurely 10 minute walk. Petros was kind enough to lend us two bicycles for the duration of our stay which we used to explore Kos town and beautiful surrounding coastal areas. They also offered us a cleaning service half way through our stay to empty bins, change towels and freshen up the apartment which was much appreciated! Overall, this was a beautiful apartment with fantastic hosts who went above and beyond for us and I couldn't recommend staying here enough!

Everything. Wish I could give an extra smile. Apartment was clean with full facilities including laundry detergent. Plus the host was very warm and welcoming and had great suggestions for food and views. Plus it is only 3min walk into town. Would definitely use again in future.

Great apartment in a building that has been totally refurbished. The apartment has been refurbished to a high standard. Full kitchen, modern bathroom, comfortable bed and washing machine. Air con in both living room and bedroom. Nice balcony. Everything has been done with high quality. Wonderful host, very service minded, and easy to communicate with. A few blocks from the port. Can't recommend this place enough. Great value for money.

We enjoyed our stay at this new apartment located in Kos-town. Despite being situated near the center with many restaurants and shops, the apartment was quiet and peaceful. The apartment exceeded all our expectations! it was clean, spacious and beautifully designed. We mostly had a wonderful stay thanks to Petros, he was extremely friendly, provided us with the best tips and was available to assist with any questions. Would recommend this apartment to everyone!!

A modern fully equipped apartment with everything one can need - including insect repellent, scented candles, free bicycle (a good one!) and even plums from host's garden. Very clean and cosy. Nice and quiet surroundings. Exceptionally good restaurant as host recommendation, just 5 mins walk. Host Petros is very helpful. If I ever happen to stay in Kos again - will definetely choose this place.

Absolutely nothing - everything was perfect!

The apartment was exactly just like the pictures - very modern, spacious and beautifully decorated with original artwork on the walls. Petros was an exceptional host! He picked us up from the port upon arrival and dropped us off upon departure, made arrangements for us to visit the island of Nisyros, provided excellent restaurant recommendations and left us a welcome treat (a local delicacy). I would definitely recommend this place!

There was nothing that could have been better for us. The apartment, the host and location all exceeded our expectations. It was beautiful.

The location was perfect for our 10 day holiday to Kos. The beach was a 5 minute walk, you have multiple amazing Greek restaurants right next to you, the shop is very close and you have the harbour right on your doorstep.

Everything was perfect!

We had a fantastic stay at the 10ApArt! The flat was modern, functional, well equipped, quiet, as well as the building. It was super clean - a plus for the mid stay cleaning service! Location was great - 2 mins to the port, right in the center, 15-20 mins walk to the beach. Check it was smooth. Leticia&Petros are incredibly friendly and helpful. Welcomed us with a regional treats and tips for the stay, which was lovely. They really care about their guests and their experience. Our flight was on the evening and they were kind to let us stay longer. Overall one of the best locations to stay with and definitely a highly recommended especially if you like your space vs busy hotels :) Book it now! :)

Excellent apartment, tastful design with plenty of space and very well equipped. Newly refurbished with new equipment, good beds, and an excellent shower. Very well located close to Kos old Town and the harbor, less than 5 min walk but still quiet and outside the buzz. The landlord was really a positive experience, responsive and supportive on all additional requests as e.g., odd chek-in hour and to arrange transport middle of night, very much appreciated. We warmly recommend this apartment, a really good experience.
