We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesWe had a deluxe stone room, and it could be improved if it had drawers and more room for luggage.
Staff was very friendly. It was nice to talk to the same staff at the restaurant and front desk each day. Room is designed with character, and the overhead shower is nice.

SpainI found the layout of the room wasn’t very well thought out. The bathroom would have been better to have been in one big area not in 3 different ones. The double shower was great but could have been incorporated with the toilet and the wash basin.
The breakfast was lovely and had some typical Greek things that you could choose. The service was excellent and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

This hotel is run by the most friendly people! We thoroughly enjoyed them and the ambience they created. We stayed in one of the stone rooms which are cozy and kept exceedingly clean. If you are interested in learning about Greek wines, this is the place for you! Sommelier, Allessandra is extremely knowledgeable and eager to share her passion with guests. Would have no hesitation in recommending it and will visit again. Front desk gentleman , drove us to port with bags and he was a delight - I think his name was Ilean.

The room is on the small side but you have the terrace which is a great bonus and has everything you need. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family for service and location. Amazing location, beautiful suite room and styling throughout the property, fantastic staff, great breakfast with the best coffee and of course - great wine. Make sure to book a wine tasting session, it’s the perfect way to end an afternoon. There’s nothing not to like at 10GR and will happily return. Worth checking the prices if you book direct.
