How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

It's not right in the center but not very far away.
We came back from an intensive sailing week in the Ioanian islands and needed a good place to relax on our way to Nafplion. This stay has been the perfect option for us. Very well equipped, everything felt new and very clean. The staff and reception has been very friendly and helpful.

There is always space for improvement but there was not actually anything that I didn't like.
Primarily that was extra clean. Then it was really comfortable to stay. It is of value to mention that the staff is very helpful and very kind.

If I have to say something negative, it would be the fact that the breakfast is served only in the room. But, according to the hotel owners, this is happening because the breakfast area is not yet ready.

Nothing, i would recommend it 100%.
Clean, new, felt safe, excellent decoration, best aircon, parking places just outside the hotel, quiet rooms. The pool was also nice. The breakfast is not served but every room includes a fridge with fruit, milk, yogurt, cereals, bread and they also brought us an omelete- it was everything you would want for breakfast.

Everything!!! The staff was very nice to us, the room was extremly clean! The place looks exactly like the pictures on booking. Couldnt ask for more🙏 very spacious room, very comfortable bed. They serve breakfast in the room, very generous one! Outside you have many caffes, supermarket ect.

wonderful. we even extended our stay only because of this hotel. extraordinary friendly and supporting staff, modern, clean and spacious rooms. comfortable bed and way more breakfast than needed. very good value for the money

The suite was spacious and spotlessly clean. The view to the mountains really good. The breakfast provided in the room was a great idea especially when traveling with kids. The staff were welcoming and very polite. Strategically located near the city center. Great value for money.

The hosts have thought of everything, there’s really nothing to dislike. Maybe late at night not an area to wander alone but many off the path places are like this.
So lovely! We were travelling around Gulf of Corinth and decided to stay in Aigio after a late lunch on the harbour (not a tourist town but there’s some taverns and bars n the waterfront and some archeological things we were pursuing). 11 Suites was an unexpected surprise - new, spotlessly clean, very friendly and helpful staff and we walked to nearby cafes. Parking was provided off street just 50 metres away which is a huge win anywhere in Greece. The rooms are very contemporary modern with tech installed for sensor and integrated lighting, door alarms etc. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment after a generous upgrade and the space is perfect. Sitting room with small kitchenette, kettle, sink, bar fridge which was wonderfully stocked with breakfast supplies for us. Nespresso machine too. The bathroom a beautiful space with generous sized shower stall, rain head and hand hose, with good water pressure and lovely hot temp. Double basins, toiletries and beautiful towelling. King bed with such soft, fresh fragranced linen and great pillows felt very indulgent. Great storage space in bedroom with robe and credenza. Plenty of convenient power points and USB sockets. We didn’t use the pool as only an overnight stay but it looks great - sparkling clean with nice deck landscaping and sitting areas. We felt so comfortable at 11 Suites we actually considered changing our travel plans to enjoy another night of such delightful comfort. Small supermarket shop next door is convenient, and a very small town square across the road meant it was quiet and an ok view from large balcony. Highly recommend this accommodation if in Aigio.
