there were no instructions in the flat itself on what to do with bins, had to message for the wifi code instead of there being a welcome pack but the hosts responded quickly to queries

The area was a little noisy in the late evening, but this is in central Athens so not much of a surprise really. The windows are all shuttered and the windows themselves keep a lot of the noise out. Make use of the internal doors to reduce it even more.

The apartment was lovely and cosy, with or the amenities you'd expect in a house. The TV even had Netflix and YouTube. The area has loads of cafes and coffee bars and a supermarket that is 5 minutes walk away. The apartment is only about 20 minutes walk from Plaka.

This was the perfect stay in Athens for a group of friends or family. The area of Koukaki let’s you experience the authenticity of a local neighborhood, while still being a short walk away from all the action. The house itself is very clean and comfortable and close to all amenities that you may need.

Gorgeous and comfortable apartment in Koukaki area. Lots of amazing restaurants and cafes near by. Apartment had private courtyard to enjoy your morning coffee. Walkable to most areas and attractions in Athens. We were very comfortable and felt right at home in the apartment. We will be back!

We had a backed-up toilet (the only one) one night, and had to wait for the morning to have someone take a look (a plunger in the apartment would have been good). Other things mostly minor: As we were were in the downstairs apartment, the windows shades needed to be closed for privacy, so not as much natural light as some other options in the same price range. A bit of a walk from the tourist attractions (though worth the slight detour and hike to the top of Philopappos Hill or a great view on the way there or back). There was construction going on during the day on the next building over that was pretty loud, starting at 7 AM. Could also hear the kids running around in the upstairs rental on one or two mornings.

Comfortable and spacious. Quiet at night (for Athens), so no problem sleeping, and mostly during the day (excepting for the typical motorbike street noise). Very close to decent non-touristy restaurants. Air conditioning was a godsend after walking the city.

The heater was not working first 2 days we stayed , we messaged owner and finally fixed it the last day of stay Shower head is broken and there’s a short circuit at night , all electricity stopped for around 10 mins

Spacious and beautiful flat, very close to Acropolis and other points of interest in Athens. The communication with the hosts was superb - they were really helpful and always available. The flat was clean and we loved the patio where we had our breakfast

Lorena was so helpful and communicative from the very start. She responded to our questions quickly and was fantastic at helping to organise transport and had loads of suggestions about things to do in Athens. The location is great, a lovely neighborhood close to the Acropolis museum and with a great breakfast cafe round the corner.

heating is only possible with the aircon. It was ok and we managed, but a tad cold as we went in February. That said - the house in summer is possibly pretty cool...literally... and even better ;.)

Excellent Flat with everything one needs; very stylish and cosy; the whole house is just a gem; location is superb - it is very central and close to Akropolis and in a very cool and trendy neighbourhood; contact and communication upfront and throughout the stay was very friendly and helpful with a lot of infos; someone waited with the keys and check-in was super easy; a little starter kit with coffee etc was provided; would definitely go again and recommend booking;

maybe a bit better value for money vs other options in Athens but otherwise all good. Also be conscious that the flat is on street level so ccurtains usually stay closed if you need privacy

Please read the utillities carefully because the apartment I visited (Vintage) does not have a washing machine.

I was at this place from sept. 30 2021 - oct. 7 2021 and it was a great experience. Getting the key was really easy because the host made sure to connect with me via whatsapp before my arrival. The appartment was nice and clean as well. I was traveling for work and the WIFI was excellent. Also, if you wish to stay in Athens but not in the tourist area this is the place (still major attraction in walking distance). A lot of small shops and restaurants around the corner.

Just a very pleasant stay for everything!

We come at least once year here in Athens for vacation on the islands, and it is not always easy to find spot on places where to sleep. Just a great surprise this time! And we will surely be back for next time also because we love this neighborhood.
