The room felt humid, maybe something can be done with a dehumidifier or anything. Also the breakfast was good but since it is not a buffet, for the coffees to arrive at the same time was difficult and were cold. But above all it was a nice experience and would totally come back!

Restaurant beside hotel and very close to our room stayed open late, and could be very noisy. Of the four nights we were at the hotel, two of the nights had noisy parties until 2:30 in the morning. Location of hotel was a long walk from many things I.e. bus depot, waterfront.

Breakfast was very good. Housekeeping was excellent. Room was comfortable and well equipped.

Location was difficult to access directly by taxi, as cars are not allowed in Old Town. I was not aware of this restriction when I booked this hotel. Also, because of some mobility limitations, I found the steep stairs - without handrails - difficult to manage to and from the top floor, especially with luggage. Since I only stayed 1 night, I did not request a room change.

After I arrived in Mykonos, I called the hotel, as they had not responded to my messaged request for transport to hotel. They then sent a driver to pick me up (my expense, as they do not have a hotel shuttle). Once I checked in, they were helpful with reservations for my transfer to the airport early the following morning, and with local information too. **The best part of my stay was the beautiful rooftop terrace with very comfortable suite.

The on-site restaurant is extremely expensive and we didn’t realise until we’d sat down. Definitely check the prices before you go.

Great breakfast, nice clean rooms. Small but that was to be expected. Hotel is in a central location but not noisy. You can’t drive to the door so you have to be able to walk with your suitcases - I guess about 200metres.

Great location in downtown Mykonos. Recently refurbished with a modern twist. Amazing view from the shared terrace. Clean. Espresso machine available. Perfect location! Right in the centre of Mykonos town, but not so close to the bars and restaurants that you’ll hear the noise. Just had to walk a few minutes to reach the bus station where you could get a bus to almost anywhere on the island.

The staff were so helpful- nothing was too much trouble for them. The hotel is situated in a quieter part of the town and has good access to all places of interest. It has been modernised and is kept immaculately.

The staff was super unfriendly, especially the hostess at breakfast, she was so rude and unpleasant. She had an attitude answering simple questions and she lacked basic service manners. They didn’t have WI-FI all through the stay, even a Greek SIM card with Data didn’t work in the location.

Once we were able to find out how to get into the maze and locate the hotel it was fine. The taxi dropped us off at the wrong entrance and it became challenging. A lovely man guided us to the proper entrance. Knowing to be dropped off by the Belvedere Hotel then walk in from there would have saved us a lot of stress.

The breakfast was good, a bit different than I had expected. If you had the juice that was offered and a coffee all was fine. I just thought having to pay for an extra coffee was not necessary, you could forgo the juice and have 2 coffee. Really what is the cost of a coffee. Location was good, figuring out the maze was challenging but once you had it down it all made sense.
