The air conditioning didn’t work for the last 3 days, we announced the problem, but nobody fixed it. There are very beautiful beaches around, but 15-30 min walk, luckily we had our own car. It would have been an effort to walk under 37 degrees sun. In the evening, there is not much to do, we went to Skiathos Town where was all the fun and a vivid nightlife. ( 20 min by car). Overall it was a pleasant experience.

The room was pretty spacious and the garden is fabulous. The kitchenette very well equipped. Cleaning every other day. Close to the main road. Very close to restaurants and supermarket. The owner advices were very helpful and she provided a lot of useful info. I recommend the property, but rent a car or something else to enjoy the beaches nearby. The most of them are quite tricky to reach by step.

Beautiful apartment in stunning surroundings so peaceful and quiet. Immaculately clean and well maintained fresh linen and towels every other day. Olympia at the supermarket was always on hand for any questions. Communication prior to visit was excellent. Arranged cab to and from airport for 23€. Easy walk to beaches our favourite was Agia Eleni for swimming and snorkelling. Bus stop right outside with frequent buses to other beaches or the town - fantastic service. Local taverna served delicious Greek food. Also other places to eat within short distance. Pretty main town with lots of shop’s and places to eat especially the Greek tavernas by the sea. Plenty of boat trips from party boats to sunset trips available from town. Thank you for such a beautiful place to stay.

The bathroom was very small, particularly the shower area and the shower head could only be hand held. It was impossible to shower and contain water in the shower area as the cubicle did not have a door. Bedside lights would also be useful.

Location was great, 2 mins from a supermarket and lovely restaurants. Very close to the no 24 bus stop and we could walk to several great beaches. We loved Mandraki which was a 20 min walk through the pine forest. The decor was modern and all very clean. Air con was really effective. The staff were friendly and always close by since they run the local supermarket. The bed was particularly comfortable. The balcony was a quiet, peaceful place to return to at the end of the day and the surrounding gardens were very pretty.

Overall we liked everything, but the bathroom could be improved - there is no place to put the shower (no hanger) and you have to hold it with your hands, which is uncomfortable and there is no good barrier, so everything gets wet. There is a cupboard in the kitchen under the sink which had a bad musty smell when opened.

The property is on a quiet and peaceful street, to the side of the main road, immediately before the forest. We were accommodated in the "Aphrodite" house, which turned out to be spacious and comfortable. We liked that there were different amenities - two types of pillows depending on preferences, the kitchen was equipped with different dishes, glasses, etc. There was a mosquito repeller device, a basin, a mop and other gadgets left in the bathroom. There were also candlelights with candles left for the terrace (no matches or lighter though). The garden and terrace were lovely. The hosts were kind.

Only a small thing but the shower head attached up on the wall would be handy for washing your hair, having to hold the shower head at all times made it a little awkward,

Beautiful location, We found wine and water in the fridge as well as some fresh juice, which was a really lovely touch. Lovely and clean . Accomadation was cleaned every two days with fresh towels. They even cleaned and left clean towels the day before we left to come home. Very friendly staff. We were allowed into the accommodation early as we had an early flight, which was great. Beautiful flowers and well kept gardens and a lovely peaceful atmosphere . Would def stay again . Thank you.

The rear garden in an oasis of calm and beauty away from the road and backing on to the forest with good hiking trails and leading to secluded beaches. The bus stop into town is only across the road with the main beach a short walk away. Free toiletries, water and a welcoming bottle of wine 😊. Our host also owns the supermarket nearby and is readily available for any questions that may arrive. Most essentials are available in the supermarket along with fresh coffee. The studio was kept spotlessly clean with regular towel and bed changes. There is a private front balcony, perfect for those evening glasses of wine. The owner clearly takes pride in these studios and does all she can to make your stay enjoyable.

Nothing. Everything was perfect

We have visited Koukonaries multiple times so was already very familiar with the area. This property was perfect. In under a minute walk you are amongst restaurants, bars, supermarket and a quick walk to many beaches and forest. The apartment was spotlessly clean, arrived to wine, coffee, tea, washing up liquid, fully equipped kitchen, hair dryer, hand soap, toilet roll and a travel cot as requested. The owners are the kindest people, nothing was ever too much trouble. We travelled with our little boy and they always said hello and asked about him. He also had his own towels and bedding. Our room was cleaned every other day with clean towels, linen and toilet paper. The property is one of three and surrounded with beautiful roses, that smell amazing everytime you walk home. Parking was available just outside the property. The property and garden is gated, so it's secure if you have children or pets that they won't run out to the road. Aircon was included Hangers in the wardrobe The bathroom was new and excellent water pressure shower.

I loved all of the beaches such as Mondraki Beach and Agistros Beach. Koukanaries beach was a bit crowded for us but very popular.

The studio was very clean, nicely decorated and close to several beautiful beaches. The hosts are friendly and willing to help anytime. There is also free parking available in front of the property, as well as a supermarket just a few meters away where you can buy pastries or sandwiches for breakfast. There are good restaurants nearby, within walking distance.

The studio was very nice. We went to the store in front of the property to collect the keys. The store had everything we needed for food, drinks, beach, morning coffee etc.

. We loved that Olympia owned the apartment and the market/coffee shop. The apartment was cleaned THREE times during our week. Amazing! She was lovely, helpful, nothing was a bother. The restaurant next door was fantastic, the boys there couldn't have done more for us. Loved every minute ❤

everything was great. a few minor touches would have helped, but did not impact on a great stay; eg there was no safe in the apartment (although details state there is), and some basic toiletries would be handy. also, as there is a kitchenette, it would be useful to have a sponge and washing up liquid provided, as guests are unlikely to buy their own.

what not to like! great location, 500m from koukounaries beach and not far from banana beaches, and a supermarket next door (owned by the family of this rental incidentally!). good restaurants just a stones throw away. kitchenette makes breakfasts a breeze; and can be enjoyed on the beautiful private terrace overlooking the fruit trees and the morning sun. very clean, modern and comfortable - good value for money too. owners are very friendly and welcoming, thanks Mrs Olympia for the helpful tips, and thanks to Katerina for your hospitality and beaming smile everyday in the supermarket! if you’re after a nice apartment close to the beach with everything you need - this is a perfect option.

There are only 3 apartments set in a lovely flower garden. Really clean and well equipped with a nice balcony facing mature fruit trees. The apartment was spotless and cleaned every 2nd day with fresh bedding and towels. The owner and her family were extremely helpful and always available.
