A dustpan and brush would be a great addition under the sink as we dropped something and wanted to clean up. The shower is a bit small and easy to flood the floor, really only a tiny downside.

The apartment was simple but perfectly serviceable for what we wanted. It was very cold when we arrived in Crete but there were slippers and a heater provided so we were cosy and warm. The water was hot, the towels were clean, the bed was comfy if a little short for my very tall husband :-) The standard of cleaning was really excellent. Location and views were lovely. Even in February there were restaurants within easy walking distance.

We had a huge terrace with a very nice view on the sea, the staff is very friendly and kind, the rooms were clean, I would definitely recommend it to anyone who want's a good accomodation in Agios Nikolaos

Very friendly. Michalis was so nice to bring me and luggage to the marina with his scooter. Always preoared to make some food or coffee.

For me, the criterion is not the number of stars, but only the question of whether you feel comfortable and at home. We felt at home!! The first thing I would like to mention is the friendliness of the owner. we really enjoyed the breakfast every day. The location is perfect for walking to everything in Agiaos Nikolaos. And for excursions on Crete you always have to drive for a while anyway.

-Just to pay a hint more attention to small things on cleanliness (for example window at toilet and inside wardrope). Overall it was clean everywhere else. -some guests dont pay attention to other people, slamming the doors and being loud at the staircase in the night. Not the hotels fault tough.

The room was simple, nice and pretty room, I loved it! Made me feel very "at home". Good location, perfect view, nice staff/owner. Best price/quality!

The location was excellent right on the waterfront. Spacious balcony, Large room with kitchenette and large remodeled bathroom. Elevator access to our floor. The beds and down covers were very comfortable and clean. I would highly recommend this facility and father Niko is an exceptional very professional host. A great deal for the money.

Clean apartment, very quiet at night, yet close to town and beach. Tavernas , cafes and bars close by. Lovely big room with beautiful sea view. Staff there very friendly and helpful. would certainly stay here again.

The only point that needs improving are the mattresses which are with springs and quite lumpy.

The view from this apartment is fantastic. The man at the main desk (Mikaleos?) is very helpful and kind. I was surprised and pleased to find slippers, wet hankies and raki upon arrival in the rooms. The location is perfect for access to different parts of the town, all in easy walking distance. Good facilities for making breakfast and light meals in the kitchen area.

Very helpful owner, amazing view from the balcony, amenities sufficient for a beautiful holiday and excellent location (everything close within walking distance). Unfortunately I only spent one night there. If I go to Agios Nikolaos again and 9 Muses was not occupied, I would like to stay there.
