Breakfast is served outside of the place by some external restaurant and it worked perfectly for 3 days except last morning: there was some service failure in the restaurant which leaded to huge service delay, so after 40 min of waiting with no success we finally decided to skip the breakfast :-( , which actually helped us to discover another good surprise in the area - a small bakery which serves fresh and delicious traditional stuff :-)

The location of the apartment is outstanding! You can find everything in max 5 min walk: traditional food, night life, good pubs, non-standard attractions, massages, shops, flea market, metro station, just everything! The staff is very helpful and educated, didn't feel uncomfortable even for a second there. The apartment itself is surprisedly quiet whereas the streets are full by tourists, taverns and music.

There was some confusion about the rooms, and they started cleaning our room before we had checked out (before check-out time), so we had nowhere to brush our teeth etc

Only problem was the light in Room 201 which we had to reset multiple times via the fuse. But Demy was readily available and very helpful to get us out of the dark. Many thanks for that.

Nice little hotel situated in a very lively and artsy quarter. It was very clean, well equipped, and the staff was helpful and provided us with useful tips for nice restaurants nearby. The breakfast served in the nearby restaurant was wonderful.

The only down side to our stay was our room size. It was small , but modern and comfortable. It had a balcony that helped us be able to stretch out a bit.

We liked this hotel,. The location was wonderful. The staff was very helpful arranging taxi service for us on our arrival and departure. The hotel felt very safe with combination lock to enter the hotel and your room.

Despite of the great location, (very close to the subway) it's also in a ery touristic location. This means that, depending on the day (probably fridays and weekend,) you will have loud techno music till very late. Luckily I had earplugs and white noise app.Even though it was quite hard to sleep for at least 2am. So..... If you intend to enjoy the night, then you'll be completelly fine. Otherwise, I wouldn't recommend it (i'm not sure if the same during work days).

Modern, cozy and clean room, in a great location. Very easy self-check-in and easy communication. If you like to eat well, you'll find plenty of good options right in the next street, some with regional live music. The subway is just a few min walking... and you can easly walk to must-seen places like Acropolis, Little Cook, and others.

There is no noise isolation, central, we heard a street party until late, the next day we also heard music in the evening and at night. Beyond that, the location is excellent and the service is excellent

Great location - walk to everything, good restaurants outside the door. Viviana was so helpful and kind, helped us plan which islands to visit and stored our bags. Cozy, quiet apartment, lovely hot tub. Very clean and secure.

Me and my partner had a lovely stay here exactly what we needed for our long weekend in Athens. Was nice to be greeted by two very friendly and helpful receptionists too. Both wonderful to talk to.

Our room 101 was the backside of the hotel which faces quiet alley with lots of graffiti.

We loved the location, right next to lots of restaurants and coffee shops. When I put the address in Apple map, it said it didn’t exist. Try “Aischylou 13” instead. It’s only a couple of minutes walk from “Square” exit of Monastiraki station. Dimitra was so helpful. Breakfast was offered at nearby restaurant but we left too early to eat at the restaurant that Dimitra arranged brown bag breakfast for us. It was ham and cheese sandwiches, fruits, juice and Greek yogurt with fruits on top. The room was modern and clean.

The location was close to the metro which made it easy for us to come and go, in a very cute street. The staff was amazing, specially Demy, who was very helpful and gave us really good recommendations for restaurants. Also, the room looked brand new.

I wouldn’t change anything. It was fantastic.

Wonderful small new hotel right on the edge between Psyrri and Monistiraki. Walk out the door to the right and you’re in Monistiraki, walk to the left and suddenly you’re in Psyrri. Rooms are modern and comfortable. I had a little balcony where I could sit out overlooking the street. Breakfast was at a cafe a few doors down, and was also very good.

Unfortunately the hotel lies next to some restaurants where live music is played every night (until 01:00 AM). Even with the windows closed you can still hear it. If you’re a light sleeper or want to go early to bed you can’t. I wouldn’t recommend our room (104) with the balcony.

Great quality rooms for a good price. Lovely staff always there to help and a great breakfast in a nearby restaurant. Near the metro station Monastiraki and sightseeing locations within walking distance.

IT was initially hard to find.

The breakfast selections were adequate. The room was very clean upon entering. The ameneties were good. The location right near the airport metro was great. Greece decided to have a one day strike and the staff was bery helpful finding us transportation to the airport.
