The bathroom is very small (including shower) what might be an issue for bigger individuals. Each time after having a shower everything was wet.

Clean, spacious apartment (no. 26) with nice view, facing two swimming pools in the backyard (partial sea view). Small kitchen is a nice advantage although it might have been better equipped. Very quite and still close to all city attractions. Close to the beach. Beds are comfy and wide. All staff is nice and extremely helpful. We spent in Abella Hotel 10 relaxing days and we would love to come back one day. Highly recommended!

Arrived to such a warm welcome which continued for the week we were there , nothing was too much trouble and so helpful , spotless clean and great view from our room , bus stopped right outside which was handy as we had stayed in chania for a few days prior, great value for money accommodation

The best holiday place we have ever been to. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, cleaned every day. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, you can prepare your own meals, although there are many great restaurants in the area. The hotel has a swimming pool which is very well-kept. The hotel has a beautiful garden that can be admired from the swimming pool, sun lounger or drink bar. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are available at the bar. I can recommend the drinks and delicious coffee prepared by the lovely owner. The second lady who was at the bar in the evenings was also fantastic. The owners are wonderful and helpful. They created a fantastic place to rest, for which I am grateful because it was my first vacation in a long time.

Nothing to dislike, although the hill might be a little steep for some guests, which would be a shame for them to miss out on a lovely place.

- Owners are very nice. - Room was clean, spacious and modern. - Pool is the Star! At 12m the pool was large enough for swimming laps. With only 20 (?) rooms that meant plenty of sun beds allowing quiet relaxation. - Location was great, bus stop directly outside, a cheap and easy 10 mins ride into Chania. Two minutes to beach and nice Coffee shop & Supermarket. Plenty of restaurants around.

The Abella Hotel totally exceeded our expectations. The comfort level in the room was excellent, an extremely comfortable bed, beautiful shower and bathroom. Views from the balcony were amazing. The pool area was comfortable, spotless and set in beautiful surroundings. Natalie, Kostas and Eleni were so helpful and friendly, they really added to our holiday. This hotel is extremely well run, professional with great attention to detail. I would highly recommend it.

We had no refrigerator in the apartment, not even a small one, which was a bit surprising as there is always a refrigerator in all hotel rooms. One of the single bed in the living room was not really comfortable.

Location is perfect as it is close to the beautiful sandy beach and also close to many excellent restaurants. The king bed was really comfortable and we had air conditioning in the bedroom and the living room.

The pool area was peaceful and relaxing with plenty of sun loungers and areas to sit. The room was ideal for us offering 2 separate bedrooms which gave our teenage daughter privacy as quite often in Greece the 2nd bed would be a kitchen pull out. The couple managing the property were very helpful and welcoming. Also a great location with a regular bus stop outside making it easy to travel into Chania old town (€1.60 per person).

The hotel's location is amazing, located by the sea with tavernas, bars and shops all around. But what made the experience more enjoyable was the amazing stuff, all helpful and with that amazing greek hospitality.
