We loved everything about this hotel. First and foremost the staff were so warm and welcoming. We were greeted with cold water each time we walked into the hotel (it was exceptionally hot) and they were happy to help us with organising tours and activities. A special thanks to Dimitris and Stratos who manned the desk and who treated us like family, as did all the staff. The hotel was beautifully decorated, with a lovely sitting area/bar in the lobby and a beautiful garden out the back which was where we had breakfast prepared by the lovely Alexandra each morning, and where meals were served. The room was tastefully decorated, very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We had a beautiful dinner cooked by chef Themis on our first night and ended up eating there again on our last. The house made olive paste and dips served with warm bread were delicious, and the talagani cheese served with a fig paste was divine. The octopus carpaccio and the beetroot salad were also standouts. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel which has been one of the best we have stayed in.

Beautiful Hotel, with exquisite interior design and a very comfortable bed. The location is great, short work to Korfu old town and 5 minutes drive to the airport, but it's still a very tranquil and relaxing atmosphere as soon as you get into the hotel. All the staff was very attentive and professional. The hotel has a beautiful back garden were you can have dinner (highly recommended) and the tasty breakfast is served in the morning. We enjoyed our stay and would come back for sure. Thank you.

Great location for exploring Corfu town, the design and styling of the hotel is exceptional. The team are fantastic, we arrived at midnight having been on a delayed flight, the welcome was very warm, still taking time to show us to our room and explain the facilties.

Firstly i cannot say this enough, the staff is very friendly and make sure you fell comfortable. Thank you Stratos, Dimitris, and everyone in the Acanthus team. Hotel is very beautiful and every small detail is crafted really well. Rooms are modern, air conditioned and very clean with an amazing shower. Wonderful freshly cooked breakfast, delicious eggs done the way you like with nice coffee and juice in the backyard. We also had dinner at the hotel on a jazz evening, this was really cozy, highly recommended. Perfect location with main attractions at a walking distance. A few meters from the sea, 10 mins to a beach, 15 mins to the old down and 10 mins from the airport with a bus stop a few meters from the hotel. Would definitely recommend and visit again! One the best hotel experiences we’ve had.

Room, bed and bathroom all immaculate and all mod cons. lovely toiletries. Bed and pillows extremely comfortable. Staff extremely polite and professional. Due to a delay at Gatwick we were too late for Dinner, but saw the menu and were sorry we’d missed it! Breakfast in the delightful courtyard was delicious. Beautifully decorated with wonderful blown glass lights everywhere, apparently made by the owner.

The only thing that made this five star experience a four star one, was the sound proofing of the room. because the windows were old and our room was on the floor level you could hear everything. and the noise from the people at the hotels courtyard really bothered when trying to sleep.

the location was excellent. just a short walk away from the old town. The small boutique hotel was beautiful. the reception hall and courtyard were amazing. The room was beautiful and modern. everything was so clean and though of.

All good really it was a good walk to the Old Town Centre but that means it was quiet at night 👍

The whole experience at Acanthus blue was amazing! Really catered to the individual and was a very personalised, relaxing experience. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay one of the most memorable experiences.
