They need to add younger staff to help with the hotel. It's big and with a lot of potencial, but needs work in the day by day routine to improve.

Many things didn't work well or were not available - no restaurant, no bar, not even a coffee shop, very bad WiFi, the lock of the door could almost not be opened with the key, the main air condition (with wall mounted control) did not work, and the additional created a continuous wind on the bed. Many parts of the hotel obviously need renovation.

We've visited the hotel because we were invited to a wedding nearby. So the location was good for us, and we slept well. The staff (very few people) did their best to help us with problems.

For a 2 star hotel, I wasn't expecting much, and I was right. In its heyday it must have looked gorgeous. The glimpse of the large 1950s(?) chandelier hanging from what looked like an abandoned large ballroom, would fit perfectly in a throwback movie. We had a lovely discussion with the kids while taking in the simple breakfast, about the odd looking lighting (once again), which so reminded me of those 1950s American car styles, that still run perfectly well, in places like Cuba. There weren't many people (customers) and maybe that's why it looks like the staff are just there...it's a job. But I so wish someone would read this, and plan to make a movie or music video there! It would bring in much needed business for the hotel and the surrounding economy! It can be so much more. A rough diamond that needs a polish. At least, for now, my family and I were very grateful that it exists and was able to accommodate us, albeit simply, for the 1 night we were desperately looking for a roof over our heads. In brief: Retro 50s styling, large rooms with (dated) aircon., good shower facilities and in general, clean. Simple breakfast. Good local restaurants. Fast and efficient check-in and check-out. Finally, very cheap price per night.

The pool was not usable and we had 6 kids with. The facility could use some TLC that would help a lot to make it look cared for. Curtains could be fixed easily. The outdoor area could look more desirable with a little effort.

The lady at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. We liked the location.

Pool and pool area are not in working order at all, the hole complex is outdated and you can tell there is not enough maintenance. There was no fridge in the room, the shower holder was broken and we were told they can not repair it. Also hotel is far from shops, coffee places and the city in general, so one needs a car. The restaurant and bar? In the hotel we're not working, luckily there are restaurants nearby.

Staff is very helpful. Rooms are clean. The hotel was suitable for us due to be near the venue of the event we went .

The wifi was really poor, so we had to use mobile data. There was no hand soap in the bathroom either, just shampoo.

It was a great value for the price. The room was larger than expected and the bed was a real king size mattress instead of just two twins. The continental breakfast was good (ham, cheese, bread, cereal, yogurt, jam, coffee, juice, & tea). We've had much worse from places that claim to offer breakfast, and this was a pleasant surprise.

But now it is almos dead, all stars fell down on its' poor and messy surroundings, deplorable breakfast.

Many many time ago this hotel had a golden age, I guess, and pretended to be a 4* hotel.

The pool had a problem and we did not swim as had been treated and looked not so good but think that was just bad luck on the day. Breakfast was minimal but not bad for the price.

It was a nice hotel on the outskirts of Athens. Rooms were quiet and well equipped. Nice balcony. Had nice pool and was a gym. Good value. Would stay again.
