You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

We had a quick over night after a late ferry and before an early flight. Was a seamless check in and clean rooms. They also arranged a taxi airport transfer which was very helpful.

United KingdomAchillion was a perfect hotel to stay in the night before an early boat to Naxos the following day. Only around 5 or 6 min walk to the port (and less than a 10 min walk from Dimotiko Theatro train station where you get to direct from Athens airport), it was great value for money, very clean and the staff were super-friendly. Highly recommended.

NorwayGreat location if you are taking a ferry from Piraeus. Close to the port, and close to the metro/bus to the airport. We also wanted to see the Akropolis during our short stay in Athens, and that wasn't to far away either. Very helpful and friendly staff. Clean rooms.

United StatesWe didn't quite know how to work the air conditioner and it was really hot. The bed was really hard and the shower didn't have a nozzle that you could use independently. It was on the wall very high up, and I am short, so I had to be a contortionist to rinse off.
It was close to the cruiseport and relatively reasonable in price.

CanadaElevators are very small, have to make two trips to retrieved luggage. Bed are not comfortable, like sleeping on a box spring not a mattress.

FranceThis is a nice hotel for one night, before or after taking the ferry to the islands. It is clean, quiet and has everything for one night. Its not a long term hotel, we didn't open the windows, there was no view. But the people there are nice and friendly and we could order food from outside and have it delivered in our room!
