We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

HungaryThe food quality was a little bit up and down, some things were great, some were lacking taste and texture (e.g. tomato in the salad which is strange in Crete, as we had fantastic vegetables everywhere on the island) The bed is too soft (personal preference of course)
Amazing location and view, very nice and natural design. We really loved our terrace and the pool was heated in most of the time. The staff was very helpful and and kind. I also tried the spa which was absolutely perfect. We also had late check out and ordered room service, all was quickly and professionally solved.

ChinaEven though the menu has been changed every day, I still hope to have more dishes cause l had been stay here for 6days 5nights, every meal in the Cremnos and the Pool restaurant.
Perfect for everything. Enthusiastic staff,delicious food and an extremely comfortable and elegant room with incredible sea view. This should be the best resort that l have ever been. You are free to choose lying on the couch beside the private pool or attending the GYM lessons. By the way, hope the lovely cat Roy always being happinness and pleasure. Everything. This place is heaven on earth!! The food was exquisite breakfast, lunch and dinner. The menu is phenomenal. Drinks were amazing. The staff were super attentive and always went above and beyond. It’s the best service we have received from any hotel worldwide. The reception staff organised all of our transfers, excursions and anything else we needed. The waiting on and bar staff are just fantastic! So friendly and always on hand to assist. The resort is picturesque, stunning from every angle. The rooms are to die for, so comfy and luxurious. Housekeeping checked the room a couple of times per day. We had a storm one night when we were dining in the restaurant, we had left some swimming clothes out to dry, when we got back to the room, our clothes had been brought in so they were safe without even asking. High end toiletries, mini bar and snacks in the room. Shower and bath felt like a spa! The spa is sensational, we had a couple of treatments which were all amazing. This is without a shadow of a doubt our favourite place we have ever visited and we can’t wait to book to go again.

United KingdomIt was our first time here, we had some high expectations and expected the place to be flawless. There were some small issues - bin bags missing when we checked in to the room, empty bottles and food trays not being picked up when housekeeping attended the rooms and the biggest one was having to ask for the water boilers to be switched on (no hot water in the shower). The issues were attended to, but they shouldn’t have occurred in the first place - we didn’t have hot water the first night of the stay.
We loved the resort vibe of the place. Breakfast, food and drink were really good. Gym facilities were very good. The staff were amazing - they attended to issues raised immediately.

By far the best hotel experience we have had! We loved the architecture and aesthetics of acro, everything has been well thought out and so tastfully done. The differemt hotel areas blended really well with the natural environment its located in. The staff are incredible, so attentive and friendly. Thank you so much for making our stay so special. We enjoyed breakfast here, the options were great. The pool menu and room service options were super but the star of the show was dinner at Cremos, a must try! We stayed in the cave suite and it exceeded all expectations, loved the room design but the views are just breathtaking. Can't wait to re visit!

United StatesIf I had to make any criticism it would be the room service fee every time you had food or drinks delivered to the room (10 euro). The resort is set up to be extremely relaxing and private and every room has its own pool which means that's where you are going to be the majority of the time. They would bring us buckets of ice for drinks we made in room all day at no charge but if you ordered food or drinks you paid a fee.
We loved everything. Amazing facility, amazing staff, amazing food and well prepared cocktails. The staff was an extreme asset to this experience. Any request we had they were able to help with in a quick time. Are room was far from the main lobby where restaurant and bar was and we wouldn't pick up the phone and we'd have a club car waiting to bring us up. We would finish and they would take us back.

SwedenWe were not completely satisfied with the food (mainly dinner and lunch, breakfast was good). The portions are very small and the price is high. We had fish for dinner one night and had to send it back because it was so dry. Many dishes were okay, but not more than that. We expected a bit more for that price. We booked a wine tasting trip, which we thought was at a vineyard. But it turned out to be a concrete factory we were going to visit. Not at all what we expected. We thought it was a waste of time and money and when we complained to the reception they admitted that it was very unclear in the description of the excursion. Despite this, we received no compensation..
We stayed in a cave suite and we loved it! Everything about the room was fantastic, especially the terrace/view. I had requests for a specific room, which they solved. Much appreciated! The staff was very nice and accommodating. The pool area is incredibly beautiful.
