Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United KingdomWhat a luxurious hotel ! Beautiful new fully digital rooms, all with a private pool and stunning views. The hotel focuses on peace , tranquility and wellbeing. A perfect place for a special occasion or honeymoon. Breakfast was fantastic with a good choice of cold and cooked food and I would recommend the restaurant for lunch or dinner, where all courses were beautifully presented and different. We did not visit the spa, but it looked fantastic and they share a great exercise area with the neighbouring Seaside hotel for yoga etc. The staff were attentive and there to cater for your every need. I would like to single out Sammy, a charming and professional young man, who made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay and even arranged some champagne and fruit for our anniversary. Thank you Sammy !.

AustraliaMy only gripes are the following Stayed 9 nights but only given 4 coffees in the room. Anymore were €3.50 each. Bit poor when already paying a high nightly price. The hotel ran out of black tea for 4 days. A few of us asked each day….could have bought some from local shop for us.

United KingdomTo be honest, there isn't anything that we did not like as the hotel and experience was incredible, these are more some things we noticed along the stay that could be useful for future improvements:M The "Tea" option in the room is loose in small jars - when opened they were full of mould (obviously from the heat / moisture etc.) and i'm thankful for that because obviously I didn't try them, and it was only at the end when looking at the mini-bar prices did I realise that each jar was 7 euros to use. Which means you get no tea in the room at all. Coffee Machine - The advertise the room having a Nespresso machine, but you are only allocated 3 or 4 free capsules and then are charged after for any further capsules - I have never in all my travels experienced this in a hotel, esp. at this star rating and when you're spending 500+ a night you'd expect to have some coffee capsules as standard. Minibar - Nothing complimentary, which for the overall cost of the room and our stay would be nice to have at least some soda, or water(s). You do get 1 bottle of water in the room, but it's not replaced daily especially if you have any left in the bottle, and prices are high (But don't worry, there is a mini mart, and some shops on the small beach where you can get soda and snacks for regular cost price). It's such a shame they don't open the doors at breakfast as that room is incredibly hot (it's mainly glass with no ventilation) and would be nice to have that breeze which they do in the evening for dinner.
The most stunning hotel in the most amazing location atop the edge of a mountain side with views into the deep sea. We stayed in the Wave XL room for 10 days which had a lovely view to the sea with an "infinity pool" and a huge amount of outdoor space (almost too much) and a comfy and modern designed room. Umbrella was given but it's too windy to ever use, it's a shame they don't have the same shaded wooden chairs like in the main hotel in each room so you can enjoy the terrace in the heat / sun. The best part of this hotel other than the design, was without a doubt, the staff. After coming in late due to delays we had some sandwiches and a dessert plate made for us as we had missed dinner, which was so lovely. Everyone was so attentive, and did all they could to make the stay as easy and enjoyable as possible, and are always happy to help and support in anyway they can. FOOD: CREMNOS - Restaurant on site is fantastic, and we enjoyed eating there a few nights during our stay, and am already missing the cod tempura. Breakfast is by far the best I have had in a long time in a hotel, the "buffet" selection is incredible, and you could eat very well from that, but they also have the cooked selection, of which I would recommend the croque madam and Acro pancakes. My partner and I wished that they would have a little taverna or bakery / cafe on site during the day with all the cakes an sweet treats they serve during breakfast as some of them are better than desserts I have had in restaurants!! Acro Suites is part of quite a bit resort, and the sister hotel SEASIDE RESORT & SPA has some other eating options which does come in handy if you want a change: UMI and KULLINARIUM - both of which have wonderful views on the sea and land which is the one thing Acro Suites lacks due to a large garden mound infront of the restaurant which is perfect for pictures and the lounge chairs, but a shame for the dinner view.

KuwaitFood qualiyy is average: We tried breakfast and dinner. Swimming pool is too cold for swimming! The service is too slow, we have to ask 2 or 3 times for things to get it: the housekeeping forgets adding water/towels/glasses etc.. The spa is average, therapists are not very professional.
Beautiful design hotel, amazing architecture and interior. The pool area is beautifully designed (landscape, furniture, etc..). The view from there is breathtaking especially at sunset.

Acro suites exceeded expectations! The aesthetics of the entire hotel was an absolute dream and probably one of the best weve ever stayed during our travels. All staff members were amazing, always had a smile on their faces and can definitely say that they have provided quality customer service 🤍 Also, the fact that its a stone throw to a beautiful, pristine beach is a plus for us as well! Too bad we didnt get to use their fitness facility as we werent geared up for it but definitely be up for it in the future when we come back again (hopefully soon 😉)

United KingdomThe cave wasn't entirely real - this did not spoil our enjoyment of our room or the hotel which gets top marks all round.
A gem of a hotel would definitely go back. The rooms are lovely and exceed expectations with gorgeous views and there's something to be said for a private pool. Breakfast and all the food was delicious, also loved the house cocktails and the shared areas were dreamy. The massage gets full marks as do the salons and yoga classes (included). We also visited the sister hotel for dinner one night which was faultless. I'd highly recommend this hotel, you'll come home rested and relaxed (if a little less well off!! Treat yourself it's so worth it).

United KingdomViews from the hotel were lovely. The rooms were just as per the photos and best amenities offered in the room. Even a welcome dessert plate of Macarons in the room on arrival. The staff super friendly. We had to move room with aircon not working and they were super helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The food was outstanding, including the breakfast. It was one of the best places I’ve visited. I will be back.

Everything was so luxurious - the food in the restaurant, the suites, the pools, the views, the leisure facilities. The staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to make sure that absolutely everything was taken care of. I can't eat gluten and this was catered for really well, including gluten free bread and clear explanations of what I could and couldn't eat.

Very attentive staff. The gym was perfect to train in and open 24/7. the breakfast had absolutely everything you could want or need. The nicest place I’ve ever stayed.
