Great penthouse and perfect location. Easily accessible to restaurants, shops and main tourist attractions. Fillippos is the most amazing host and we had a great experience staying in Greece for the first time.

The apartment's location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the metro and the airport express bus. Major attractions are within walking distance. The Acropolis view from the master bedroom is stunning. The host is friendly, hospitable, and always reachable. I highly recommend this place.

The apartment exceeds expectations, clean, decor and fit out was luxurious, best bed and better than description and photos, which were good ). Filippos, the absolute best host we've ever had dealings with, flexible, adjusted his schedule to meet our delayed flight times, stored our luggage, reassured us of his availability if needed, enquired via text if we were ok. Excellent location. Amazing view of the Acropolis day and night. Easy walking distance to many areas we wanted to see. Very close to public transportation. Food options, supermarkets, shops, markets and laundry facilities very close by and easy to access. Wonderfully helpful host who made our stay very easy. Always available for any questions we had. He truly went above and beyond for us.

Very central appartement in Plaka. Quiet place with amazing view on Acropolis. Not a touristic street, lots of great restaurants around (including Japanese street food cuisine !). We really enjoyed our stay with our teenager and kids.

Absolutely nothing to dislike.

Since it is an apartment, there was no breakfast on offer. However, the frig had drinks provided. There are grocery shops and restaurants all around. The Plaka is the historic district and the location could not be better. We could walk everywhere and the two times we left the downtown area, we took yellow taxis, very reasonable in cost. As for the apartment, it is fantastic. It is so nice and spacious that it would be a perfect residence. The air conditioners work perfectly, the full size kitchen is perfect, the beds are comfortable, and Filipos, the owner, speaks perfect English. He could not have been more kind, affable, and helpful. And his choices in furnishings, decor, and functional convenience are unparalled. This is one of the very best choices we have ever made in all our travels.

Greeted by the host who was extremely friendly and helpful for our entire stay. Apartment was well kept and very clean. Water, soft drinks, beer and cake were a very nice touch.

Location. Friendly owner. Lots of food, drinks and recommendations of places to eat , drink and visit whilst there.. The owner met us on departure and helped to put the bags in our taxi.

It was spacious, clean and had everything you needed. Nespresso coffee, soft drinks and wine complimentary. Lots of toiletries. Great location and Filipos the host was brilliant and so helpful. Beautiful view of the Acropolis and a large cool patio. Bed and sofa so comfortable - would definately recommend.

To be really picky, a few cushions on the couch would be ideal.

Amazing top floor apartment in the heart of Plaka. Thankfully there is a lift in the building. So spacious and well equipped. As everyone else says, Filippos is a fantastic host. So welcoming and warm. And of course then there is the view! Loads of shops and bars and restaurants nearby and still no noise at night. Great large balcony but unfortunately it was too hot to get better use of.

Nothing!!! I could easily imagine living there long term, it has everything you could need - couples or families.

The location of this property is second to none. It was spotlessly clean, Filippos showed us how everything worked and gave us great recommendations for local restaurants. The view is amazing, the balcony is a lovely relaxing spot and you are only a short walk from all the historic sights that Athens has to offer!!! At night, you’re only a short stroll from Mitreopolous and Ermou Streets, with loads of bars and restaurants to choose from. Breakfast options are all around if you choose not to cook in the perfect little kitchen!!
