Sometimes it’s a bit noisy in the morning, which is not great if you would like to rest a bit more. Some of the rooms need a bit bigger wardrobe, so a couple can both keep their clothes out of the suitcases.

Very comfy place, super clean and with extremely kind staff. Sheets and towels are changed every day and the location is great - close to the beach and restaurants, but also with available parking spaces.

The 5th bed upstairs is not so comfortable, but you are there only 6-8hrs in the night, it’ll go like that.

Very beautiful and big garden with newly built rooms, which are a real treasure in greece. Lazy bags in the garden are the real deal!

Apart from the exceptional facilities and excellent location, I should also say that the host is amazing. I booked this property as a gift for a friend's birthday, but she couldn't go due to unexpected serious health issue. However, the host was so understanding and empathetic, that they allowed me to still use the room with changed dates. I am impressed! Communication was easy, timely and clear. The host is awesome, the property is exceptional! Highly recommended!

- a huge problem for me was that there are no mosquito nets. Due to the large size of the room, the mosquito killing solution is not very efficient. Every night was a struggle to sleep. - the electric hob in the kitchenette was not working. the kitchen hood exists, but it is not installed, it does not work. - the towels and bed sheets were not changed as often as we would have expected (every 2 days). But they were indeed changed on request. - the parking lot is uncovered, the cars lay in the sun all day.

- the building is newly built, the furniture is all new and nice - the beds are very comfortable - the room is cleaned daily - there is no noise coming from the neighborhood or heard from the other rooms - the location is close to the beach and the promenade, but at enough distance that it is in a quiet spot - the air conditioner works well - there is parking place for all the cars

Location is great, 5-6 minutes of walking to the beach. Very nice lawn and easy accessible for the kid from the room. Direct exit from the room to the lawn. Fast access by car to other well know beaches, like Vourvourou(25 min).

Nights are loud. Motorcycle drivers are intentionally making the most possible loud as they can. But this is the problem for the police. We didn't have good sleep there with open windows. If you can sleep with AC on than you will not have a problem.

Bed was very comfortable. A shower at the entrance of the building is very useful! There is a private parking space. The house is new and everything inside too. The best supermarket is 7 min walk far away. The sand beach is also 5 min reachable by walk.

- slow internet. it is not possible to work, even the Android TVs they have cannot stream content. - no dish detergent. You need to ask for it. This is a must-have. - no dish dryer. This is a must-have. - kitchen is available but it's unusable. There's no place even to make a salad. You need to remove the coffee machine to have a tiny space. Cooking is possible but keep this option as a last resort. - there are no mosquito nets. The 4 of us were eaten all night long every night. Kids reported that they could not sleep because of that. We had a ritual before going to bed. How many mosquitos every one of us can kill. We even bought a special lamp and slept all night long on that blue light, but this didn't solve the problem. - there is no wardrobe. You need to use your suitcase for a wardrobe. - The air conditioning is too small and does not work when you are out. When you are back at night it is hot and this tiny unit can not cool down the room. You need to sleep with the air conditioner switched on. - The bath is very small. After a shower everything is wet. One of the smallest bathrooms I used ever. I'm still helping my son and it was a huge challenge for both of us to use it. - there is a nice place with green grass, however is empty and kids never played there. Usually in other places, there are toys for the kids. Swings, football door, trampoline, etc

- New house but still not finished. Tubes for radiators stick out of the walls, without radiators mounted. - 5min away from the beach, however, the beach on the other side of the sleeve is much better. Bigger, longer, calmer.
