Amazing location Apartment was beautiful Facilities were great eg beach towel, clips, coffee machine, washing up liquid, iron. Will be back in 2 years!

Not related to the apartment itself but the area around. The area next to the beach looks abandoned, it is a shame that the beach was dirty, however all the area outside fancy hotel gives a feeling that noone cares about the environment unless you can make money on it

A beautiful, simple and a very clean new apartment that is next to the sea. You can hear the sea when falling asleep. Communication was great and fast. Bakery with huge croissaints and nice coffee the next door.

One of the few places we stayed that didn't offer any breakfast in the morning. The shower was very small and the curtain clung to your body and water kept getting out on the floor.

Exceptional value and the location was great. Nice garden in the backyard with direct access to the beach and a bar on the beach. The rooms were very clean and updated. A great place with gelato and bakery directly across the street, and walking access to shops and cafes. It was our 15 year wedding anniversary, and it was a nice touch to find a gift of white wine and fruit on our table.

Everything was fine.

Adele Riva is located very well in the centre of Adelianos Kampos, across the street there is a caffeteria Giancomos where you can have breakfast and coffee and very good ice cream, bus stop also there and the sandy beach is just a couple of minutes walk. The room was cleaned DAILY, towels and bed sheets were changed very often and you could not find a spot of dirt or dust. Air conditioning very good also and good facilities to make yourself a coffee/tea or cook something easy. The owner, Garifalia, was very helpful. Thank you for the grapes, peaches and the local bottle of wine as a welcome pack.

Very good location, a two minute walk to the sea and opposite to the excellent Giampous bakery for a nice breakfast. Close enough to Rethymno downtown but still quiet at night. The cleaning lady was fantastic, thorough and polite! Overall, very good value for money.

It had everything! Right on the beach, huuuge balcony with the best view, comfortable, super clean, and the best part was that they cleaned our room, made our beds and washed our dishes every day!

The traffic. Very loud motorcycles and cars who don't care about speed. Day and night.

There is nothing to write about here. As I already said, it’s one of my favourite places to stay ever.

Adele Riva is for sure one of my favourite places ever! We’ve stayed there already for the second time this year an I can’t stop to be fascinated from it. Choosing Adele Riva you get everything you need for a perfect vacation: cozy private apartment with a patio area or balcony (depending on your choice), the roundabout of see and nature (the beach is just behind the house) if you want it to be quiet and relax; delicious bakery in front of the hotel as well as many small souvenir shops, bars, Greek tavernas with a local food and live music if you’re in the party mood. If you miss a big city beats, you can just get a direct bus to Rethymno (the bus-stop is just in front of the hotel). The owner of the Adele Riva, Garyfalia and her Team are continually improving the quality of your stay: it starts from the very beginning with a welcome gift (a bottle of wine and fruits), moving forward to every-day cleaning service of the highest level. If you need anything - you just have to let to know about it. All in all, you will never regret to stay there.

Interesting question, i've tried to find a negative, but cant one! Oh, the first two days.....windy and rain, but nothing to do with the property! I suppose the only negative I have is....we needed another week!!!! 😂

Well, we wanted a nice relaxing holiday, self catering, in good location, good sea views, near to all facilities, close to a good selection of quality Tavernas and Restaurants. Adele Riva offers exactly this! We had 10 days, just chilling on the huge terrace overlooking the sea, plus the extra terrace at rear, only 100m from the beach. Perfect. Any visitor must try the Cretan Family Restaraunt directly opposite Adele Riva, fabulous food and great service, plus breakfast at the Bakery/Coffee Bar next door, again superb!

The room was beautiful and it was a stone’s throw from the beach. It was also right in front of a delicious bakery and some fantastic tourist shops and bars. Our host was also very helpful as he helped us resolve an issue we had with the A/C. The staff also made us feel very comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay in this lovely accommodation. We will be coming back here and we will recommend this place to our family and friends. Thank you !

There is absolutely NOTHING that we didn't like.

FROM the outset Christiana (apologies for possible misspelling) was an extremely welcoming hostess. I thought I booked a room at a hotel but the reality far exceeded my expectations. It was an apartment with a small kitchen, modern bathroom, sitting area and bedroom with very comfortable beds. There were two terraces, one which was enormous with billowing linen white curtains and sun beds and table and chairs overlooking the sea. Free car parking and within a 2 minute walk a fabulous bar/restaurant called Sirriccos which then opens onto a superb beach with free sun beds (providing you buy something from the bar) Also very reasonably priced.

The bathroom is small, the shower is unfortunately the weakest point due to its size. It is a pity, because the whole apartment allowed to arrange a larger bathroom, at the expense of the bedroom area

Great location, very close to stores or restaurants. There are more than a dozen within a 2-minute walk. The beach is also a 2-3 minute walk away. There is a bus stop right next to the property and it is very easy to get to the center of Rethymno. We were worried that it might be noisy from the main street, but the apartment is not badly soundproofed. Daily cleaning, fruit and welcome wine - keep it up!
