How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

The rooms are satisfactory, the cleanliness of the facility is excellent, the breakfast is plentiful and delicious. The building is located in an excellent location, away from the crowds and close to all restaurants and shops. Always available parking, very good wifi.

Comfortable room, cleaned regularly, staff very nice, breakfast tasty and various. Location is perfect, out of the crowd but yet near the beach, and always available parking. WiFi signal is great and free, there is a router on each floor.

Stayed one night while passing through Greece, it a nice hotel the room was clean, it has a mini fridge, a tv, close to the beach and promenada.

Everything was perfect.
We travel a lot and we've never felt this welcome at any hotel. The owner is an incredibly kind and friendly man and he went out of his way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. There was always coffee for us and everything that we needed. We sure call him a friend now. :) The rooms are clean and maintained by a lovely lady. Our room had a balcony where we could watch the sunset, the AC was fully functional and the wifi was good. The location is excellent and very close to the beach, supermarkets and restaurants. Everything is as described and shown in the pictures. If we come to Paralia again, we will definitely stay here. Thank you for everything! ευχαριστώ ❤️

I can’t rate this hotel high enough. The owner of the hotel, Mr.Ioannis is always extremely attentive to his guests. He multiple times proposed us excursion around the city and even gave us cool gifts. Such treatment certainly lures to visit his hotel again. The hotel is beautiful clean & has a great location. The room was comfy, had great bed and pillows. Staff were all very polite, helpful, and fulfilled all our requests making us very happy and making our stay there excellent and superb. Breakfast was good and plenty full. The big parking was also a tremendous plus. Thanks for having us and helping to make our holiday amazing.

Everything was perfect!
It was lovely place, the filling is like you are at home with your friends. Amayzing place with friendly staff. The owner is a Human with capital letter. I never been in a better place then there. For surely we are going back at Adrianni inn again this summer. Best wishes Yuliya, Damyan Alina

I can t say something I didnt like, there is no such thing.
Everything was excepțional. Staff was great and it is place în The quite part of Paralia City away From the crowded streets. They are cleaning the rooms everyday,chainging towels and bedshits. Iannis the owner îs a very cool Guy!

I liked everything
Perfect location.The place was quiet and a few minutes walk from the town center and the beach! Nearby there are lots of shops,restaurants and cafes.The room was clean with a big balcony,ideal for a relaxing afternoon enjoying the astonishing view of the imponent Mount Olympos or the wonderful sunset.Iannis was an amazing host. Very friendly and helpful.We hope to come back soon.Thank you!

The hotel is an average one. It doesn't deserve the high score on Booking. The staff deserves a +10 but the hotel doesn't have the facilities to be a 3 star hotel. The bathroom is very small, old and smelly, if you want to shower you have to wait 3-5 minutes for the water to heat and there are no glasses in the room. The breakfast is somehow odd. You will get e set plate with some semi processed products. My guess is that the owner wants to earn the most, without investing at all in the Hotel. I want to mention one more time that the staff is doing a great job with the cleaning and serving and all the administrative matters, so thank you very much for that!

The food was almost the same every morning, and also not tasty. The furniture looks and feels very old

The coffee was a bit weak and the breakfast contained mostly the same type of food.
