Everything was perfect. The maneger is really nice always availible and always ready to help. Privacy +++ The welcome was really nice, we got a explanation about the Island and where to go to see nice stuff.

Upon arrival a warm welcome from the host of the accommodation. Explanation of the Island and possibilities for tours were very appreciated. The room was clean and had a fantastic view with private pool. The stay in this accommodation let me feel like a queen on the Island!

Only Location, didn’t realise how far it is from Oia and transportation was a problem with cabs costing a lot and infrequent buses. People without international license won’t get any rentals

Breakfast was very limited and they repeatedly got our orders wrong. You can see lots of dust on pillows. Wasn’t allowed to flush toilet paper but the bin to put it in was tiny.

The hot tub was not worth the money, it was tiny, the water was cold and not heated (mid September) with no view from it when you are actually sitting in it, as you are quite low down so just looking at the wall. At night it was quite windy when we stayed and the hot tub water (very close to my bed) could be heard swishing about, it sounded like someone was having a bath in my room all night.

The location was great, can walk to the area with many restaurants and explore the hill top village, with lovely views.

had a mini pool was supposed to be a hot tub but it was cold. I asked to turn up the temperature but they couldn’t they said. I paid extra for volcano view but could not really see the volcano. We rushed back to our room to watch fireworks from our hot tub but we’re very disappointed that we could barely see the volcano and the hot tub was a cool tub. oh and also the door hinges were not properly installed and the door would come off. Even the person showing us the place opened the door, it came off slightly he looked back at us and just went about as if nothing happened. ummm okay?

We had booked a transfer (not private) from the port to the hotel through Nikos at a cost of €30. All went well and was happy to pay this (it was just the 2 of us). The problem was we then asked for a taxi to the airport expecting a similar price for 2 of us. We shared the journey (10-minutes) with another couple. I'm a very well travelled person who works in the tourism industry and it is common sense and practise that the more people in the taxi, the cheaper it becomes because you split the costs. Not in this case - we were charged €60 for a 10-minute drive ( double the cost not cheaper). The driver then pretended he had no change. I have emailed Nikos at the hotel and said it would be like charging €90 had there been 6 people in the taxi. His response is as follows: "Regarding pricing that is correct it would be 90 euros . The market defines the prices not the customer ". I have never heard of anything more ridiculous than this. You would be better off flagging a taxi in the street or getting the bus.

The hotel location was very good as was the room and breakfast.

the property? there was no cutlery when asked took over an hour for them to bring some cutlery , they didn't leave no complimentary tea coffee, the breakfast was not nice most things we asked didn't come the missing items we requested took them over an hour to bring at this point we got tired of waiting so we went out to eat. to only receive a whats app message saying check out is at 11 we are going to put your stuff in bags, we rushed back to only find a lady going through our personal stuff when confronted she just walked out . we was literally rushed through that door, the customer service was so terrible wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay .

The promised hot tub wasn't properly heated, the water was too cold to stay in longer than 10 minutes. This was a huge disappointment for our honeymoon!

Modern room with a traditional Santorini architectural style, quite roomy, and with a sun terrace to enjoy the sunrise and sunset. The breakfast room service was fantastic, great value for the money!

- it lacked basic amenities you’d find in a hotel like a in room safe, towel rails and a few other things - feel like sea view misrepresented the room a little. - same breakfast for a week got very boring

There were a couple of hiccups with the manager: 1: after a very clear and efficient messaging conversation through the Booking.com app, which initially impressed me, the manager had booked my massage at the wrong time, and didn't seem to want to admit it until I showed it in black and white in the messages. 2: after confirming a late check out with no extra fee, once we arrived we were told that we would need to pay an extra 50/60 euros. Luckily Booking.com advocated on our behalf and cleared up the fee discrepancy.

Lovely new hotel, so everything is clean and in good condition. You need a car to see the main sights of Santorini, as it's far from Oia and Thera, but the little town of Pyrgos is nice and all the amenities of town are close to the hotel

No parking…but close to bus stop and Nicos was very helpful as he gave us his number and all we needed to do was message him and he organised taxi (if required)

Great service (breakfast arrived on time, Nicos was very helpful when trying to book taxis or restaurants), spectacular views, clean, spacious, well positioned, close to amenities

I think the property should provide complimentary tea/coffee on arrival. There is a kettle but had to get our own coffee etc.

Everything about the property was great!! Exceptionally clean, great location (middle of a scenic village). Walking distance to the village square (shops, restaurants etc). Felt like a very safe place to stay. Breakfast was also very nice

- A safety deposit box would be my only suggestion for improvement

- Friendly, helpful host who checked us in, told us about the island and even arranged taxi pickups to and from the airport at a competitive rate - Presented with a bottle of red wine and a bottle opener which came in very handy! - The room was spacious, well designed and spotlessly clean - The private pool looked over the sea and tip of the island - absolutely fantastic and even more impressed that it was heated allowing it to be used comfortably day or night - Great Queen sized bed allowed us to sleep well every night - Never heard a sound from another room or outside - Close to the centre of Pyrgos which had a selection of fantastic restaurants and handy shops, plus a bus into Fira - Great shower pressure in the super clean bathroom - Mini fridge in the room for keeping drinks cold - Breakfast delivered to the room bang on the requested time each morning. High quality baked goods, hot options, fruit, eggs and drinks - we were again blown away by the choice on offer.

No place to hang your towels. Some additional tools, like scissors or a bottle opener, would be appreciated.

The personal was very good. Gave me his number and could be reached nearly anytime. He organized tours and solved every problem quickly, like for example the return of the baggage the airline forgot in the transit airport. Breakfast was brought to the room every morning at the time we wanted. In Pyrgos you can find restaurants, bars, cafes and small supermarkets for the everyday needs. The bus leaves to Fira and other points of interest every half an hour.
