Fantastic villa in lovely location just a few minutes walk uphill from a little beach with restaurants, 2 supermarkets and a bus stop. Lovely views from the terrace down to the beach and up to beautiful Chora with it's ruined castle on top which is lit up at night. Hosts were really friendly and brought us lovely, sometimes homemade goodies. Hope to return one day.

There is nothing I didn’t like. The island was windy when I visited but that is outside of anyone’s control. The rooms here and the staff are amazing.

We were greeted by the owners with a smile and genuine love and kindness. They made the stay so much more enjoyable. It had a homely feel, away from home. The rooms were walking distance waterfront. The room/apartment was very clean. Everything essential was within walking distance and if it wasn’t, the shops and staff had it delivered to your doorstep. The apartments /rooms are carefully and tastefully designed with attention to detail.

Beautiful location, by one of the best beaches in Astypalia. Perfect accommodation(Starfish), great views, spacious, clean, everything provided. Aleka and Ilias were amazing hosts, so friendly and always available to help. Breakfast by the beach is awesome. Overall, exceeded our expectations. Would highly recommend and will hopefully come again.

The host was very kind, she brought us fruits and local specialties she cooked for us every morning. The manager always ready to help. The apartment is very clean, kids friendly, quiet, relaxing. The view is magnificent, not far from the city, nice beach and restaurants in front. Amazing stay!!!

was a perfect stay

Our stay at the Aegean Sea Villas, Room the Pearl, was outstandingly beautiful! The villa was very well equipped and clean and with a beautiful view down to the beach and village from two lovely terraces, one with a whirl pool. It was quite windy and very hot, so the good AC was very needed. The owners were very very kind and welcoming and so warm hearted, we really felt welcomed. In a 5 minutes walk we were down the beach and the little village with two supermarkets and some lovely tavernas right on the beach. Dont forget to rent a boat with a skipper at Michalis from supermarket, its really worth it…the clear water from the agean sea was breathtaking…welcome to quiet Paradise, we will certainly come back!

We went for holidays and work together. The house was extremely clean full equipment and with many amenities inside. Great location and wonderful view to aegean sea and the castle of astypalaia. Internet connection for our work was really good. Almost even better than our house.

Nothing, we didn’t use the pool as it was a little small but that’s not a problem as the ocean is right at your feet!

The villa was a great size, tastefully decorated, the bed super comfortable , the staff so friendly and welcoming, the room was serviced everyday and they accommodated our schedules as we were on a working abroad holiday. At the end of our stay we received a small gift and we really really want to thank everyone for making our stay at this villa super warm and welcoming.

The property is located in a fantastic spot with unobstructed views of the main town(chora). Just a few feet away from the beach, where a cozy little restaurant serves breakfast. The owner, the staff and the service are absolutely great and will make you feel right at home. The villas are spotless and freshly set every day. Boats, kayaks, cars etc are an easy find and Elias(the owner) will set you up anytime. Beds are super soft and the linens are top notch. Can't get enough of this place and we will try to visit again ASAP. 🇬🇷🍻⛱️☀️

The staff, very helpful and attentive to our every needs. Thanks to Ilias and the team for taking such great care of us! The villa was wonderful, with a nice private swimming pool, cleaned every day by the staff, with all amenities included and a great view over the valley and the Kastro from afar. The location was also excellent, only 2min down by foot to go to Livadi city center where there are lots of very nice restaurants and a great beach.

The owner Aleki is very kind and helpful.She made us feel like we're at home with family.She is so clean, she insists house-cleaning everyday even we say no need and asks if we need something everytime she sees us.The breakfast is in a cafe near the house by the sea and you can eat whatever you want.Aleki is one of the reasons why we liked Astypalea.
