Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

SpainBreakfast needs an upgrade; plus for a hotel charging 250/night asking 2.50 for an espresso as an extra when breakfast is included, was a bit cheeky. Even top hotels in the world don't do that.

This a really nice complex. The rooms are spacious and very well decorated. Location is perfect with amazing view and lovely beaches nearby (sandy or rocky). Restaurant is also highly recommended. Thank you staff for the hospitality and pleasant stay.

GreeceThe room was not the same as the one seen on Booking and we wouldn't have selected to stay in this room for this cost. The room had totally different decoration, it was smaller and also the bathroom was much different to the one seen on pictures. Apart from that, they were forgetting to change towels and their response was that we didn't find your towels on the floor in order to change them, they were forgetting to refill shampoo and shower gel upon cleaning and we had to remind them. Breakfast was basic. Overall the building is nice and it has a nice view with a nice pool place. However, the manager was very rude due to the reason we complained to Booking that the room was not the one we booked and Booking decided to partially refund us. He was calling us saying if we won't change our saying to booking they will downgrade our room as if we were not already downgraded. We left from the hotel and we booked an another one paying extra money not to continue arguing and destroy our stay in the island. Not recommended. This kind of behavior should not be acceptable.
