Didn't love the hand-held shower - would have preferred a fitting in the wall to hang it from.

This place was so beautiful! Great location in a quiet little lane, walking distance to the port. We had a self-contained unit with a kitchenette, lounge area and outdoor patio. Check In was a breeze - we were greeted on arrival and shown straight to our room. There is a beautiful garden where they serve breakfast every morning under the shady fruit trees. Breakfast is lovely - a selection of bacon, eggs, greek yoghurt, homemade cakes and pastries etc.

The staff was lovely and allowed us to check in early. They provided instructions on how to arrive at the hotel which was extremely helpful. The room was spacious and very clean. The location of the hotel was perfect, very close to town but far enough away that the noise was minimal.

Sadly our toom was in the basement. For summer it would be ideal, but taking into account that the weather was not very warm the basement room was super moist and quite cold.

Only minor things like the window in the bathroom wouldn't close all the way/couldn't be locked really. Nothing stood out as a negative really.

The location was absolutely fantastic. It was so close to everything but also was nice and quiet and charming. The staff were so kind and helpful. The gardens were really beautiful as well. Overall it was a very decent place to stay and great value.

There is nothing not to like. Remembering the price point…. this accommodation is charming and spacious!

The very friendly and kind staff. The breakfast was lovely especially the fresh baked cakes if you allow yourself the indulgence with the Greek coffee. The location was only a few minutes walk from the Ferry and a minute from the shops and restaurants but still quiet! Also the suite is worth upgrading to for the extra room with international luggage.

I chose a garden room but next time would choose another room like one of the upper balcony rooms. I found ours very dark and the patio did not have any privacy.

The location in the city was very good. There was a lady host who was very friendly and helpful the second day.

The 'economy' room is half underground - I wish I had read more reviews before booking. Not much natural light and very loud from people walking by. The bed wasn't super comfy although was fine, and the shower head didn't connect to the wall which made showering very difficult.

The location was great and all the staff we interacted with were lovely!

Some of the lights in the studio didn’t work so it felt a bit dark at times, and the lovely lady at reception reminded me of how many emails she received from booking.com of me changing my arrival time (a glitch in the system i’m sure, but i felt awful!). Otherwise amazing!

Location, privacy, common spaces, a really great property for a solo traveller though I would absolutely get the studio agin with friends or family!

Walking access from the port to property with bags could be helped enormously if the property owner / reception could provide a map picture of an easy direct walking route to their accommodation via the booking messenger. There are two routes to access property from the port; a) via a difficult, awkward narrow pathway stairs up & down towards the property OR b) a smooth easy pathway. via behind the accommodation. Knowing beforehand which best route to take would have saved us much time and exhaustion getting there (our maps google showed us the way but didn’t indicate how difficult the pathway stairs route would be!),

Friendly, smiley staff - made you feel very welcome. Our room was located up the top level for better views (via outdoor stairs) and had our own private patio with outdoor chairs and table. Spacious living room/kitchenette area.

There was no ventilation in the bathroom making it very steamy and hot but not a major issue.

Really quiet, large room, lovely courtyard, within walking distance to everything in the village. Great air conditioning. The staff seemed lovely and it felt very homely.

Wifi was a bit slow at times.

The gardens were beautiful and the accommodation spaces were very clean and cute. Lots of cats roaming around amongst the many fruit trees / flowers, and the staff members were all lovely.

Only thing that was a bit irritating was the bedroom doors did not stay shut/would not stay open so would slam. Had to put a chair against the door to avoid it opening while sleeping or changing.

The staff were so lovely! Made us feel right at home and were very accommodating with us leaving our luggage when we checked out before our ferry. Great location and value for money. Would recommended!
