The property states that there is free/paid parking available at the location or next door, that is completely incorrect as the property can not guarantee availability even at the paid parking because they don’t have any sort of contract or arrangement with the parking provider, hence parking works on a first comes first served basis. When we arrived the next door paid parking was completely full that cars were even blocking the street. We did check 5 other paid parking locations all over the city they were also completely full. We spent 1 H 20 m looking for parking and we ended up parking the City’s most expensive parking at completely the other side of the city, 32 m walking from the Hotel. Sooo, cut a long story short, there is no parking available nowhere near the hotel when the weather is good. This is false advertising!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Breakfast does not worth the pay. Better to have option without it. Lack of sockets. We only had one on entire room. The air dryer was dirty as hell. Definitely better cleaning is needed.

We were accommodated in an unrenovated room, old furniture, only 1 socket for charging a mobile phone by the front door and that very high and 1 in the bathroom, TV does not work, heating poor My daughter was accommodated in a renovated room as in the pictures and had all the benefits described in the offer

I would have preferred the bathroom like on the photo instead of this old one. Shower with too short store was spreadind water everywhere. Next time, I hope to have upgraded bathroom.

The mattresses were AWFUL and the air conditioning vents were so dirty you could hardly breathe in the room. Also, when I received my initial confirmation it said breakfast was included. Well I didn't see that they sent a new confirmation that did not say we got breakfast included. Our family 5 went down and all ate the breakfast, which was very basic, except for one only got hot chocolate, and they charged us for breakfast. 7 euros each, which wasn't a lot, but it definitely wasn't worth it. And had we known we would've gone somewhere to have a proper breakfast

Breakfast could have been more imaginative and include at the great Greek vegetables - tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers. It was the same every day, although eggs can be boiled, fried, or made into an omelette. Use of environmentally unfriendly packaging - margarine, honey, jams in plastic containers.

Second review for this place. We went 2 times. The first time when we arrived in Greece (going to Lefkada) and the second one 7 days later. This is for the second one. This time, unlike the first time, the room was old and way too different.

Some guests in the hotel were smoking in their rooms which was noticeable in the corridors.

Great location for a quick stay in Thessaloniki. The room was on the small side, facing a very busy street, but it did not matter at all for a short stay. The customer service was great, with clear instructions. I would call again.
