Romania70 reviews15 helpful votes“Good value, extremely clean.”The mattress was extremely, extremely soft, but I guess that's a matter of preference. The house is right by a road so you will sometimes hear ATVs, trucks, etc. passing by. And because of the hotel across the street, you will have coaches stop to deliver or pick up tourists.
The house is nice and extremely clean. The owner was waiting for us to hand over the keys. The property has a well kitted out kitchen, a back patio, washing machine, etc. We also found some cold drinks waiting for us in the fridge. Right across the street is a hotel with a public pool.

Germany18 reviews1 helpful vote“Charming Place”The host was very nice and helpful. In 10 minutes walking distance, there are minimum two supermarkets, a sportsbar, the beach and multiple restaurants. Right beneath the apartment was a small carport, which was big enough for a fiat panda. The neighbourhood is very quiet and peaceful.

Slovakia5 reviewsExceptionaleverything was super. the accommodation was equipped, clean and very pleasant, cozy too. nets on all windows! a big plus because of the mosquitoes. the owner was nice and helpful. great terrace for evenings. the location was amazing, within 10 minutes on foot to the beach, small supermarket, restaurants and bus stop (to the airport and to the Kos city). Definitely recommend.

We planned a spontaneous trip to Kos, and was lucky enough to the Aelia Villa House. The owners, a local family, met us at the property to turn over the keys and a lovely welcome basket. There was some confusion as they thought we were a party of 2, but we actually a family of three. They quickly rectified that, bringing another set of linens & towels. The apartment is wonderful in its simplistic nature. It is basic, but had everything we needed and was comfortable & cool. The feature we loved the most were the outside patios. It provided a terrific, private space for morning coffees and late evening drinks, coupled by a nice breeze. Directly, across the street is a restaurant/apartments, which has a public pool. If you purchase food or drinks from them, you can use the pool for free. The beach & harbor with so many great tavernas are all within a reasonable walking distance. I highly recommend this house for a small family or group of friends. You will not need a car for the area as there are bus transportation options from the airport or to Kos Old town.
