It's a new property and everything is really top notch. It's tastefully done and thought for the complete comfort and needs of the visitor. No compromise on details! And it's clean like in a surgical room. This is one of the best hotels of this type in Greece that I have been to. Perhaps this opinion sounds like many others, but when you get there staying to the garden in front and the calm blue sea and wide beach area, and the hotel with the best location within walking distance to everything you need - from breakfast in the mornings to dinners in the tavern - you will be convinced for yourself. And when you meet the owners you will be left with the feeling that you are not coming for the first time:) This cool couple Konstantina and Zisis are so natural friendly, always responsive, and committed to the claims of every guest. And in addition , the most valuable were the many tips you got from them on places to eat, to visit - both in Nea Karvali and in nearby Kavala. Oh, Kavala - you must set aside at least 1 whole day of your vacation and go there - visit the area around the marina, the old colourful town, and the fortress (take the path that goes down, down and around the foot of the fortress in front of the sea. Fantastic panoramic views for 100s of photos! ) Kavala is a very beautiful seaside town, totally in love. 😍

The room was sparkling clean with amazing design. Everything is made with the guest's comfort in mind and with top quality materials. We loved the host, Konna. She was super kind and helpful providing us with tips and recommendations about the area and surroundings. Strategically located next to the highway to explore the entire area of Kavala (Kavala city is only 7 min driving), while the beach is 20 meters away with an organized beach bar. Free private parking area next to the building is a big plus. The Nespresso machine and complimentary capsules were quite welcome. Fast and easy self check-in and check-out. One of the most beautiful places we've visited. Thank you Konna, for the great memories. We'll be back for sure!

We had a lovely stay at Aelia. The hotel is new and right in front of it, there is a beach bar with sandy beach. Rooms are very comfortable with beautiful design. The bed has Coco-Mat mattress for quality sleep. The kitchen is fully operational and equipped with all needful appliances. Very convenient location close to the beach and Kavala city within 10 minutes driving. Private parking is provided for free. The host is very kind and helps for anything you might need. We will definitely be back.

Excellent beachfront location as well as within walking distance from taverns, shops and bakeries. Everything in the suite was brand new, it is super clean and comfortable and it had everything we needed with an amazing and minimalistic design (huge plus the fully equipped kitchenette and the Nespresso machine with free capsules). It looks exactly like the pictures. Attention to details can be found in every single corner of the building. Hygiene on a very high level. The host, Konna, was very attentive and responsive: she inquired about our needs everyday, providing us with useful tips for the area. Easy and fast self check-in and check-out. Free private parking next to the building. We were very satisfied with everything and will be back for sure next year!

The suite was clean, cozy, and equipped with everything we needed. The towels were softer than what we have at home. 😊 Konna, the host, was attentive and welcoming. The property is located very close to the beach. We were initially concerned about the noise mentioned in one of the earlier comments, and some young people did arrive in the evening. However, they were not too loud for us, and we were able to sleep with the window open.

I recommend this wonderful place. We were welcomed by the hostess Konna. She is extremely nice and always ready to help with anything. She provided us with information about everything we needed (landmarks , restaurants, beaches) to have a cozy, relaxing vacation. The cleanliness of the suite was impeccable. The suite, on the second day was cleaned again, with everything changed and updated and they had left us a sweet compliment. The suites located 20 meters from the sea. We will happily go back there again.

Extraordinary , perfect decorated, very clean room…This is what you really needed and waited for you. You could reach the beach just in 2 minutes . If you like to have a good coffee , just switch on your Nespresso machine .. Even if you like to cook , here you go .. You have everything what you need in the kitchen. Everything was perfect and clean. The location is amazing - right across the beach. Konna was a very nice host, who provided all the necessary information regarding our stay. We were with children - they played on their own in the garden between the buildings and there is even a playground for them nearby. Definitely would visit again.

The property was exceptionally clean and stylish. The space was perfect. The studio was a 2 min (or less) walk to the perfect little beach. The studio was modern and comfortable. Konna, the host kept us informed on local amenities and even dropped in a local sweet for us to try. If you are considering booking a stay in Northern Greece then don’t hesitate booking with Aelia.

There were construction works next door so there was a lot of drilling in the morning and afternoon.

Perfect location next to the beach, super modern suite, spacious, clean to the sparkle, lovely flattering light. All kinds of kitchen appliances for cooking plus basic ingredients, tea, coffee, white wine, olive oil - lovely and super useful touches indeed. One of the best hotels we've ever stayed at! The place is stunning, right in front of the beach. Our room was beautiful with great details, the bed is comfy, the cleaning lady is friendly and helped us with anything we needed. There is also a great pool, which is personal for your room. Aelia is very beautiful with minimalistic decorations. You can see the love for details in every corner. The hotel is only a few meters away from the beach and the seaview from our suite was breathtaking making it the best place to relax. Everything in the room was fresh and super clean. The owners are friendly and really care about the guests. It's one of the best places to stay in Kavala region (we have been 3 times in Kavala but Aelia Suites was the best choice by far). We will be back in summertime for sure ! Thank you !

Kavala city is only 7 min away driving. Everything in the hotel shows a perfect combination of design, functionality and easy comfort. Everything, to the last detail, is well thought of and speaks to the owner’s effort, love and passion to create a private little paradise –with absolute success! The owners are very helpful and friendly and helped us with everything needed, made us feel like home. Free private parking is available.
