What a find Perfect little boutique hotel in Chania old town. Beautifully restored and really clean and comfortable. The hosts were perfect and should be very proud of what they have acheived . Fantastic value for money. Definately reccomend. Perfect Thank you

Extremely hospitable staff. very kind and friendly. The hotel location is excellent and within walking distance to Chania Old Town. Furthermore, the hotel design is extremely cozy and cute and very clean. 100% recommended to anyone looking to have a good time in Chania! Can't wait to be back soon

There wasn’t any extra bedding like a blanket we were quite cold of a night even though we had turned off the ac but had to switch it back on as the room got stuffy

Nice enough, but a bit more spartan and small than would appear from the website. A bit more design elements and luxury would be easy to add. Looks like they're working on getting it right, but not quite there yet.

Aelios is a beautifully presented hotel and is like a little sanctuary on the edge of the old town in Chania. The bed was one of the most comfortable we have slept in while on our 2.5 month trip! An absolute delight to stay here and the team looking after us we’re magnificent. Highly recommended to other travellers!!

It was hard to have both suitcases open at the same time, a second luggage rack would have helped tremendously.

Cute nice hotel. Well located at the edge of the old downtown area, close to where the action is, but not noisy or busy. They had an espresso machine in the bedroom too, which was great.

Everything about this hotel is perfect, the staff couldn't have been more helpful from arranging our flight transfers, directions to the hotel and just a fabulous welcome. The location is great, just a short walk to the sea & plenty of restaurants. Our room was extremely comfortable and clean, bedding and towels absolutely spotless and super comfy. In the heart of Chania old town, this is a stylish and tranquil hotel with a lovely staff. This is one of our favorite places we stayed throughout a long trip through Greece! Would recommend to anyone.

There were a couple of small drawbacks during our stay. Firstly, the morning receptionists had rather limited proficiency in English, making communication a bit challenging at times. Additionally, the limited operating hours of the reception, from 8 am to 8 pm, posed an inconvenience. We did work around it but we wished it was further extended a couple of hours.

The hotel's location is ideal, situated on the edge of the old town, providing a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle while maintaining easy and quick access to the town and harbor. Paula delivered exceptional hospitality, radiating warmth and friendliness, and the receptionist was equally welcoming. The room was very tidy and had a charm, and it's impeccably maintained for cleanliness.

Location was great. Just inside the old town city walls - right in the heart of shops and restaurants. Room was clean and bright. Hotel courtyard was lovely and secluded from street level foot traffic. Staff was incredibly helpful and kind.

Only thing was there was quite a few lights in the room (exit sign and tv off light) and the blinds weren’t very black out (pain for me as I need complete darkness to sleep) but not an issue for everyone.

Location was amazing, staff were lovely and tentative. Self check in was available as we were delayed, no issue finding the location and easy to self check in. Bed very comfy, room very clean, towels and slippers provided. Amazing

I leaved the closed box with with sweet syrup for sore throat on the table and after few hours was full of ants. Shower has cold water when the second person used that in a row.

We had a room nr 2. The room was small but Ok, perfect for relax before flight. Comfortable, good enough equipped, but we missed a fridge which will be really helpful if you buy some fresh regional product and would like to store until check out.
